I purchased credit for my airtel number ..for 200,it deducted twice i only recieved 200 i have been calling Your lines they go unanswered, i have even sent you my mpesa messages still no response ..this is unfair..i used to love this app now i hate it seriously..

Why can't you allow reversal of cash even when I decide to refund the airtime by mistake.I bought 3k airtime instead of 300 and you refused to give back cash even after telling you am sending back the airtime.The staff do not assist,all they do is hang up calls when you engage them. It's so annoying.This is a bogus app.Please avoid it
