ocloud for owncloud

This is a great free app for utilizing an owncloud server. However there are some issues with uploads not finishing 100% of the time, and this includes the feature that allows the camera to automatically upload photos taken. If I have this setting enabled and take a few pictures, only about half of them will successfully upload. This is a free app so I shouldn't complain, and that's why I gave it 4 stars. In the future I would like to see admin capabilities, but this isn't necessary.

Easy to install and use. I would like to have the option of having the content NOT show in Android gallery. - similar for Windows. regardless of what the files are, i don't necessarily need them showing everywhere.

my experience has been awesome. cloud storage setup and working like i need it to work every time. my only gripe is that i dont know how to play my whole music album and have to load songs individually.

Sometimes drops out or stops occassionally, but I reckon it works better than one drive in syncing files, so five stars for doing that. Sometimes I have found with onedrive that it is quicker emailing the file thats how crapy onedrive is. Anyway thanks Ocloud :)

App works quite well. I like the feature where you can take pictures and kove them straight to a storage pool but it will be even better when you can fo the same with video.

Crashes too often. Uploads do not finish often. No automatic retry/resume after unsuccesful upload. Thus you are never sure is that file in the cloud or you need to retry. Finally leads to duplicates, or missed data.

Okey, but lot of area need to improve. Specifically, automatic upload pictures or video to cloud. It's not working at all. Only manually copy one picture at a time

I simply works. All I expected. The only comment and maybe my settings, but I need to open the app and go to Camera Uploads for the photos to sync. I would prefer this run in the background.

unfortunately useless, because the synced data can not be stored on the SD card. Hey developers: there are still phones out there with 16 or 32GB internal storage!

Useless offline. Very disappointing. Seems that unless you open the file while online, app would not download it and there is no way to download say whole folder.

Works great. It does exactly what it is supposed to do - give me access to my files on OwnCloud on my Android devices. Without any complications.

Plays music, videos and shows pictures on mobile and PC. Works great from anywhere with just using my storage.

Pay the buck for the real app. Installed this, attempted to sign into my cloud. Uninstalled and since then have had a barrage of attempts to access my network and personal cloud from vpn's that are blacklisted all over the world... Thanks. :(

Works well. Simple and effective. Just a few more options, like the the browser version, would be great.

Works wonder! Just downloaded this app and connected to my self hosted owncloud server. All the basic functionalities are working flawlessly. One question, is the source code for this app also published in public domain?

works great my owncloud server. sometimes files dont sync but easy to fix and resync them in settings.

So far so good. Setup OwnCloud as graphics asset vault for internel and external staff. This app seems to work seamlessly with OwnCloud so far so great!

Light, fast, reliable, intuitive, no bombardment with ads. Highly recommended.

I kept reporting the crashes for 4 to 5 months along with logs, but sorry to say they didn't improved. Now just gonna uninstall.

seems to work great (once I got the url right, duh?) It crashed occasionally on my older phone, but that was probably limited RAM...

It seems to be missing options for 2FA.I'll give it 5 stars if that feature gets baked in. Edit. Figured it out using application passwords

is good to download from my owncloud, but i was unable to upload. it said that i have no permission. i didn't find a solution until now to overcome that.

Beautiful and functional. Delivers on the promise. And thanks for adding Multi accounts and "make available offline"

Automatic picture upload is flaky, but other than that program is fine.

The app is good especially if you wanna familiarize ownCloud. But what I really like about it is that it's free!

It is constantly starting. I don't like apps, I can not control on my small no root Android 7 phone.

I can't upload files. Don't give any error. Samsung S7 edge
