Just before the update, it wouldn't allow me to log in using Facebook and forced me to use Google Play. I ended up losing my original account. After the update, I can't log in at all. A Server Error keeps popping up. I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Needless to say it's uninstalled and will remain so which is too bad because it was enjoyable to play.
I love the game. Been playing for years. But I just updated the game and it suddenly had lots of glitches. I send socks to friends, but their names are still showing up in the mail. I take available socks from friends but they don't go away from the screen. Now I'm sorry for updating. Didn't have problems with it before. ☹
Don't bother installing this game if you are playing on a Samsung tablet, it won't work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but to no avail. I can see that others have reported similar issues but the developers don't seem bothered enough to fix. I am disappointed as I have played for several years but it just stopped working.
It was a good game until today. It has suddenly started telling me that I have problems with connecting to the internet (all other games and apps that require internet usage are working perfectly and even double checked with my internet provider for issues and there are none). Please do something about this as I don't want to have to uninstall with the length of time it has taken to get to where I am up to
I've been playing this game for years . was a fun little game until they started letting it go. They no longer reply to your emails . It has an abundance of glitches. As of yesterday you can no longer access it from your laptop at all. Only phones and tablets. If a game developer contacted me I could give them so many ideas for a newer game like this and they could make some money . If they had added those things on this game there would have been a time I would have paid 20 and 30 bucks each
Since downloading the update I've been unable to access the game on 2 different devices. I've tried emailing them and to start off with they replied asking if I was sure I had Internet. Now they are ignoring me altogether. Very unhelpful.
Constantly freezes, says I can't connect to server and kicks me out. Pity as I used to really love this game and the developers don't seem to care enough to fix it. It was fixed :)
App doesn't even work! Trying to use on a Samsung galaxy s10+ everytime yoh open it you just get an error message saying server issue, been doing it for months since I downloaded it. Tried many reinstalls etc!
Downloaded this and by level 3 i was stuck and could not proceed any further.so after less than 5 minutes of gameplay the game wad done. It was pointless playing. Not a good game if you can't get anywhere in the game. It got deleted never to return to my phone again.
It has always had its issues i.e. try to send a sock to a friend but says they already have a gift when they don't & visa versa. I've never liked how many socks from levels way back keep showing up! Also, I spend coins emptying the bin & it's straight away filled with another 5 that you didn't need & you still have no pairs. Waste of time really. But now I have one friend on my list?! Where have all my friends gone? This is definitely not a game you can play without help from friends! Pls fix!
This game needs a complete overhaul. Too many glitches leading to downtime, needs new achievements to aim for, maybe different socks, teams are good but too many people hop from team to team which is annoying!
Keeps showing a server error message and is not saving my progress of levels. I have played the level 4, at least 3 times. Fix it!
Finally found this game again after several years. Was so happy to get back into it. Only to find its not working! Stopped working as soon as I hit level 4. I really love this game...please fix it.
After update on 2/13, team baskets don't update when you take a sock, leaving you clicking socks you've already taken. Team chat doesn't seem to work at all, as a message I posted to team last night was there last night and is gone this morning. Sending a sock to someone doesn't remove them from the postbox list. Tl/Dr, this update broke the game to the point it is unplayable. My platform is an android note 10. Makes me sad, as this is an old favorite I just picked back up a few months ago.
Everytime an improvement is made we lose out. Coins go missing, friends & even achievements have disappeared. 1 step forward 3 steps back. It's absolutely heartbreaking.
Freezes constantly. Got to level 4, but now it always freezes when i open the game. Tried clearing data and cache, uninstalling/reinstalling. Nothing fixed it. Can't play.
Game has crashed. I haven't been able to play for 4 days. Alternately says "update", then "No internet connection ". I do have internet connection. I've also updated software. STILL no game. Please fix it.
I truly enjoy this game, however, it sure could use new socks or different twist to it. I'm sure you can ask your experts to think of something to make it a bit more exciting and more challenging. Just saying 🥰
Not working since the latest update. I've enjoyed this for ages and am now on level 99 but since the latest updates nothing functions. I can't empty the bin, drop anything in the mail box etc.
STILL not loading properly I'm lucky if I can get past the log in screen. My device is brand new I have data and WiFi so its not that
I used to love this game. Unfortunately, for some reason, I have lost all my Facebook friends. When I try to access the official page on Facebook, it never loads. Therefore, I cannot report the issue 😔. If you can fix the problem guys, you'll be back to 5 stars.
I love the game but once you get to like level 15 it gets harder to where you only play for 5 secs at time...forces you watch a lot of videos or buy
The game keeps freezing up. I chat, game freezes, I text, the games frzzes, I go earn acoin, the game freezes, I get more the pan 6 pairs the game freezes, obe two many ads, the game freezes.
Odd socks is the best but I have one question when you get past level fifty five it goes to something called open play and what is open play. I love the game and it does not freeze at all for me so that's good neither does my mom's phone. Add more levels and let the players play the game
Liked playing this game but every time I am trying to get into play it loads and just freezes and won't let you play it won't let me connect to support to see what I can do very annoying when I just downloaded it to night
Used to love the game but since reinstalling nothing but issues. Can't regain my previous level and also the game has just stopped working for no reason!
Came back to this game after deleting it due to constant freezing but after a good year if not more its still the same, sort it out or I'm deleting again
I love the game concept. I hate, hate, hate that it freezes on me all the time. My phone isn't bogged down with apps and I have great wifi. Yet i sometimes can't get past the play screen or it freezes within the first minute of play.
