Worked fine until last month or so. My partner had the problem first when she would open the app, and would then have the message "could not load data", rendering the app unusable. The same happened to me a week later, so we later deleted the app. I tried downloading the app again this morning to see if the bugs had been fixed, but I was disappointed to see that the problem remained. Shame really, as it was a really good app that we used regularly, and if this problem were fixed, we'd start using it again within a heartbeat.

App doesn't work. I've had historic issues whereby it won't let me book because its crashed midbooking and thinks that there is a booking when there isn't. Now I'm stuck in a loop. Boot the app, it tells me to update before I can use it, update it and then load the app. Get the message that I can't use it till I've updated. I've uninstalled, reset my phone and then reinstalled but I'm still getting this message. The app interface is god awful and incredibly slow. It's painful to use. Avoid it.

Too many problems, after the latest update (Nov 2019) I am unable to access the app. After it loads, slowly, then shows me an advert, a box pops up to tell me I need to update to the latest version and gives me a link to Play store. That opens and shows my app as up to date. I can open the app from the link in Play store just for the same box to pop up.

This app used to work fine, although if your limitless you could only book one ticket at a time, seems very odd to me because you'd usually go as a pair or group. First the trailers stopped playing then about a month ago the app stopped working altogether, so I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it won't even load, no matter how many times I do this or restart my phone the app will not work, it's so frustrating! Everything else on my phone is working fine, it's just this app.

There's a problem with your update. I've updated the app, as instructed, but when reopening it keeps saying it needs updating. It's stuck in a cycle so I can no longer use this app. Can you fix this? 🙃 I have just emailed the developed by clicking the link listed here, and my email has been returned with "address not found". I'm interested to know who did the update as they havn't updated their own email address!

The stability of this app on a mobile platform is appalling. Frequently fails to complete booking correctly, freezes or crashes and occasionally just decides that every showing listed 'is currently not or no longer available'. Only reliable way to book tickets seems to be on tablet or desktop, which is shocking both for a company of this size and in this day and age. As the most expensive cinema in my area (where there is significant competition), a smoothly running app should be easy to achieve.

The app has a good UI, could be better and slightly easier to manoeuvre but there's not really anything broken about how it is now. The main issue is with connectivity to the servers because every other weeks films times will display but the app won't let you book them on the app because the film time "no longer exists" however booking through the website still works. Kind of renders the app completely useless most of the time other than to quickly look up film times.

Terrible app. Booking a film for myself and partner, we have to each book individually with our separate limitless cards using two different phones as you can't book more than one limitless seat at a time (unlike Cineworld's superior unlimited app). The seat map is confusing at best. No idea where aisles are. Generally, when booking a film, the email confirmation comes through straight away, so that's a plus point. Please, nab the developing crew from Cineworld and make this app so much better.

Dreadful app. Doesnt work at all. Log in then choose film and every film isnt available. Plus you have to log in to try each film. This is going to be a long year.. So september and its worse. You can't book single tickets anymore, and as you still can't add a second card holder its basically a physical trip to the cinema just to buy the tickets. Awful

This used to work fine. The only thing it didn't do is play the trailers in my phone or tablet. But then they are not the latest divices. Since the app updated a month or so ago it cannoylt even load data. The giant 0 appears and offers uk or other and when I click UK it then says an error message about not being able to load data. So it no longer works at all.

Terrible app,its easy to see movies, but to book it's not as easy. If you leave app and come back to it - does Not resume,but the seats you have selected previously are not longer available (when u uninstall and install back- seats are back to been Available) haha if you have discount codes make sure you have them all in front of you. Some of the codes do show as error ( and they are Not) so last time took me an 1 and 20 min to book! I at the end booked on their web page - easy.

Despite the old app being perfectly usable Odeon have made me download a new app. But for some reason they decided to make the new one utterly rubbish! Badly designed and laid out, more complicated to use and for some reason you can't view trailers any more. I thought trailers were quite important in persuading you to see a film. You'd think with the hospitality industry struggling they'd be trying to encourage their customers to use them instead of putting them off!

Terrible app - movies aren't up to date in new releases/coming soon. I have limitless and it won't let me sign in to book. Tells me there's an error each time I try to book anything! The app should also have your tickets so you can just show them on your phone instead of using a pointless bit of paper that is very rarely checked.

Very uncomfortable app. My cinema turned luxe and now I have to book specific seats with my wife using our 2 limitless accounts. If we want to seat next to each other, we both need to book at the same time, using 2 different phones (why not allow to connect 2 limitless accounts, so I could book for both of us?!). On top of that, app doesn't let you save payment details, nor pay via PayPal, so everytime we need to look for our bank cards to pay for reclainer seats. You are becoming very annoying!

22nd November 2019 on an Android the app keeps telling me to update now and when I do it keeps taking me back to the same screen in a loop. I've uninstalled the app and installed it that way and it's still the same. As a result I can't use the app because the pop up doesn't close or go away. You'd think they'd have better testers and developers than that. Very very poor.

Works when it wants to, doesn't the rest of the time. No option to reset password if you forget it, seating arrangements don't match that of the actual theatre, error message all of a sudden saying showing not available for pretty much every film and cinema. Read the rest of the reviews for yourself and see no responses from the developers. Perhaps they've packed up and left..

utterly useless and frustrating, in desperate need of an update and bug fixes. constant message "showing is not available" which is not true at all as website allows you to book it (when that works). I'm a Limitless member, but not going to be for much longer if there is no easy way to book movies without having to go to the cinema. Terrible service from Odeon as a company.

Its rather quite interesting to use this app as when you try and book a film via your phone, it tells you its not available but when you look and book via a tablet, computer or laptop you can easily find the film and select your seats. Also please make an app for odeon limitless it would be so much easier than looking on your phone, trying to book then crashing! I've just become a limitless member, please make the app better.

Doesn't work in the slightest and Odeon have shown they have no interest in fixing it. Cannot book films because it constantly displays the message 'the showing you have selected has expired' whatever you do, and you constantly have to log in. It's marginally quicker at checking show times than the website, but what's the point when you have to go to the website to book..?

Same issue as others when trying to book says film no longer available (when it clearly is) but if you go to the website you can book. This has been a fault for some time hence the poor app review score. Surely it is cheaper to pay someone who knows what their doing and fix it rather than losing custom.

Disappointed with the upgrade I was encouraged to upgrade to a newer version and was incredibly disappointed to discover I can no longer book tickets via the app on the newer version. The same error messages are popping up and the only way I can now book is by going to the main website. I wish I hadn't upgraded now, as the old version was sufficient. I just hope my Meerkat movies code will work on the main website

Application hasn't been able to retrieve data for a long time since its update and now its better to just book on browser. when it was working it made loading up times and booking a lot easier. it had showtime information, reviews , trailers and even had membership access for premier accounts so you could see how many points you had, your transactions and what you could spend it on.

1 million plus downloads and they can't be bothered to get this awful app to work. I too can't book through this app as it keeps asking me to log in when I'm already logged in and then saying the film is not available. This has been happening on and off for over a year. At the moment my wife can book through the app but I can't. Last month it was the other way round. Get this sorted before we renew limitless or I, like a lot of other people, will be going elsewhere.

Over the past year I've deleted and downloaded this app endless times in the hopes that it'd be fixed but when trying to book a session it still says "the show you selected is currently not or no longer available. Please return to the film times page and select a different show time." how difficult is it to have this app working in 2019 for such a big cinema chain?

Have been relatively happy with the app until now. This app is now unusable. Whenever I open it, there is a message box advising of the update. I've already updated. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled. The message still appears and doesn't allow you dismiss. Please fix (but thoroughly test before releasing it to your customers)

Most times it doesn't let you log in, thus, you can't use it to book. Also you can't join users with limitless cards so you have to book two times from individual accounts (from the website of course, because app is broken). Useless. This has been going on for more than a year, so if it is not going to be fixed you should stop offering this app because it is broken. It is only good to to see what films are playing.
