ODK Collect
ODK Collect is designed to work out of touch with a cellular network / Wi-Fi during the data collection effort. Once back in the network coverage, the completed forms can be copied out of the device or sent to a server (you control) for analysis.
ODK Aggregate is a free server. ODK Collect can use ODK Aggregate to download the form definitions and receive completed forms. ODK Aggregate can generate CSV files or publish data in Google Spreadsheets, Google Fusion Tables and elsewhere. There is a robust user community and many companies that can provide assistance to organizations deploying surveys based on ODK.

This is one the best apps i have used for a long collecting data. Its easier to use and work with.
As for the opensource free app, I'm pretty much satisfied with the result. However, one bug, when i switch the app language from english to burmese language, all the downloading forms and uploading responses no longer working. When i switch back to english, it works again. Please kindly investigate the issue. This bug has been long there for years.
Excellent. Easy to use and reliable
App is working fine except for issues with GPS at some point. However I have an issue with this app at moment. I was asked to upgrade to Odk Collect v1.27.3 which is not available at the moment for Samsung Tab E. I tried to get the app from someone via sender but my Old Odk Collect v1.25,2 was deleted and the higher version (Odk Collect v1.27.3) could not be installed. I reinstall the previous version i was using but it was giving an error message when i attempt to open it. What do i do to open?
The app is good ,the only problem is choosing the year for instance we are in 2022 and you want 1989or 1963
This app is great and quite easy to use. It's really data collection made easy. My problem is I need to update the app to the newest version but I don't see the update button, instead I see 'open'. What do I do to be able to update. My current version is v1.25.2, I want to update to v1.27.3. Note that I had installed it through google play store.
The apps is good but am experiencing some problem because if I try to download blank form it say "form list download failed" and commands that I should report it to the person who told me to collect data Secondly, when I want to send finalised saved form it says "sorry invalid url" So please help as I really love to use the app for data collection.
The App work perfectly but has some Bugs that have to be Fixed. Those bugs Come When you try To load local Area (Where you are located) using GPS; it Stucks on Counting elapsed time and don't bring Any Satellite data like Latitude info, .etc And Finally took longer than expected!! Almost 10 Minutes !!
Very poor apps I have ever seen, not working properly as you claim. Network not connecting, after puting all the necessary settings, nothing is connecting. Does that have to the with my personal username and password? How?
Can't open forms after updating to the latest version. The form was working really fine before and has not been updated since the last app update. I have tried to delete cache / memory, reset the app, uninstall / reinstall, without success. Any help?
I can't update it to the current version, if I want to update it, the old version still appears. This app may not be optimized for your device, that's the response I'm getting and I'm using Samsung galaxy tab E, model-t561
I can't capture geo coordinates in my ODK forms so I can't finalize and submit my forms. My phone is a Tecno pop5. Please help.
Very easy to use. Happy for a such improvement. Having the possibility to use many projects on the same app is something genial and moreover the possibility to geotrace even when for the phone is locked...
A very nice and accurate App for data collection, and also easy to use. The best part is that you can collect data offline and only turn on data when you need to send.
This app is excellent. However, recently my forms have been disappearing (both filled in forms and blank ones). I actually lost my data this way. Could it be a bug or a problem with my phone?
Really helpful app that makes data collection easy. I have been using it in Uganda to collect nutritional data about the local communities and the fact that it doesn't need internet to finalize the forms really helps in these rural areas. Keep up the good work!

The latest version of this app as so claimed is not available for Samsung Galaxy Tab. I've searched for the v1.27.3 but it still doesn't appear so that I can update it. It still displays UNINSTALL or OPEN.
Very good experience with the app.. but lately it's having some issues with sending the forms. I get error 500 everytime I send a form and then the form does not send nor I could edit the form.
Any option to edit submitted field or add more field or existing form
When i want to get the geopoint, it was telling me "unacceptable accuracy, please wait..." It has been saying this for the past 1 hours. Please help me.
