Update: lowered it to 1 star because visiting international doesn't work. Error getting URL😭 ---- The app has issues. I often struggle with that error message whenever the app changes internet providers (home/mobile/office/etc). Message: "No internet connection. Whoops looks like you are not connected to the internet" I have to close the app and reopen it again, losing my spot. Unless I go back to the server I originally started with when I 1st started listening to it. This has lasted for years

I love the fact that I can have every AiO episode at my fingertips with this app. There are a lot of neat features and bonus content that I'm really interested in. That being said, the playback is very buggy. If I pause an episode and try to resume playback, it's likely not going to happen. I end up having to constantly quit the app and scroll back down to find the episode I was on. It would also be nice if playback would continue throughout the album instead of me having to click each episode.

First off, I love Adventures in Odyssey! I'm excited to be able to hear any episode. It's a good start, but this app still needs work. as others have said, it needs rewind, fast forward and other playback features. Model it after library apps like Libby or Hoopla or media apps like Spotify. The search function also needs work. one should be able to search by keyword, title, album, etc. Last, you should be able to see which episode you've already listened to.

I love love love Adventures in Odyssey! When it works properly... About half the time it doesn't load the episodes... or even let me see them... I would also like the option to continue listening without having to unlock my phone and click on the next episode. Kind of like how Netflix just plays the next episode for a certain amount of episodes before asking if "I'm still watching". I would love a feature like that. Please fix!

Such a great app and an even more amazing radio drama which teaches God's word in amazing ways. Only complaints are that you can't save a playlist and also that all albums before 1994 have incorrect year release dates. Other than that the app has improved greatly and works fine, there recently was a bug and within two hours I had a response and the problem was fixed. Keep up the great work Odyssey 👍.

I'm excited to have access to the full AiO library and this app has an incredible amount of potential. Initial Concerns: - Unable to explore the app while listening to episodes. - Lack of background controls from lock screen or notification bar. Having to pull the app back up to pause makes it clunky. Recommendations: - Add background control features like most media apps have. - Allow app exploration while content is being played. Looking forward to what this app can become!

The update looks amazing! Love the new look of it all, but I'm having many of the same issues as others. If screen goes to sleep, episode stops & I have to restart app. It will also stop mid-stream w/ no apparent reason & again, I have to restart app. Tho progress meter indicates download, it hasn't. I'm a lifetime AIO listener, I've been with u since the very beginning, all of my kiddos were raised on Odyssey as well. Please fix this! We definitely need this type of programming in 2days world!

Love the content, super solid for families! The down side is that the app needs a bookmark feature. I'm extremely frustrated that we lose our place every time we stop for the day. I also can't save albums for future listening! Pretty frustrating when you have almost 100 different albums! Please fix this!

The original was alright, a few limitations but functional. The new release is super glitchy. One major frustration is not being able to pause and resume an episode without completely restarting the app. Login issue seems to have been resolved! Thanks developers for the quick response :) Looking forward to restored functionality soon.

Great adventures but need to improve the app. Not able to see what i have listened to, no history so it's very hard to figure out what i have listened to. VERY hard to navigate, they really need to redo the entire app and start over. Other than that, love listening to them.

Loading error. Thats what it keeps saying. Im very disappointed. I have the free trial you offered but it wont load as of yesterday. Tried restarting the phone, uninstalling....nothing worked. It appears from all the comments that the whole app has issues. Its a wonderful app when it works. Had made up my mind to purchase a full year but now im reconsidering. I love aio. I have listened to it for over 20 years. Please fix the bugs so it will run smoothly

The redesign of the app gives it an instant "5 star" rating. Here are some of the new features/improvements (hardly an exhaustive list" Save up to 24 episodes, automatically saved in sequence Much smoother and more intuitive UI OS reads it as a media player not a browser (I.e. better interaction between this app and others) Can move around in the app while listening Pops up with a "mediasession" ribbon so you can pause/play outside the app Thirty second seek forward/backward

We love odyssey! When I first got the app it was great (except it messed with my phone a little so everything else I tried to open would ask if I wanted to open it with google or oddysey), but then it must have done an automatic update because the format totally changed and it started randomly asking me to log in, so if I was offline, I couldn't access my downloaded episodes because I couldn't log in, but the worst thing is that not one episode will play through without stopping multiple times

I used to have the app before and one of the features I loved was continuous playback. I have noticed this is not available with the current app and I wish they would bring it back. It is bothersome, when you put it on at bedtime and every 20 minutes have to select the next episode.
