Could you update member matches? Right now Im getting matched with members who I swipe on which is great but I wish that my age preferences could be asked right when I sign up. When I signed-up I was never asked what ages I would like to date. Had to use the magnifying glass/ search button to set this up. Just think it would be a better experience if we could have this from the start.
keeps saying check network there is nothing wrong with my network all my other apps work fine. I started a profile and did everything and i cant even log in says check network. I just check my other apps and web browser there is nothing wrong with my network. delete maybe if I can use the app I'll check it out again but until they fix it its worthless.

So I dont know if you can do this, but would be great if you could add translations for audio messages. Most of the women Ive met have been pretty good with English messages, but when Im speaking some are having a hard time understanding. Want to have a way for them to translate audio so that I can get my love across no matter what language Im speaking. Great job so far!
Signed up for the VIP. It accepted my payment via Google Play. Still cannot access any message. i logged out and then back in, all my messages are gone. This is not a good App. If they want you to verify yourself, then they should require you to do that before taking your money! Update: Now they tell me $32 AUD was only a verification Fee (still not verified), and to pay $64 more even through I have the evidence in Google Play Payments that I paid for a 1 month VIP subscription. WARNING!!!!
On 27May I paid around £60($19.90 +$49.99) for so-called 'verification' fee and 1 month's VIP membership. However, my account was locked after a few hours. They had ignored my emails until 6June when I posted my comments here. I replied but my emails were ignored again. I have to create a new account to be able to comment here. Admin I just want you to refund the payment. I have sent a few refund requests since 10June but they were ignored. I hereby ask you again to refund the fee I paid.
This app is definitely built for people who want to meet Chinese singles. A lot of the message you get are in Chinese but have an auto-translate feature attached. Ive been interested in meeting someone from China for a while and even though Im not sure if I want a serious relationship, this app has been a great way to meet some new friends and learn about a different culture. Just watch out for the time zone differences as you might need to stay awake later to find someone online at the right time.
good app. a lot of nice women to meet. but I don't know what happened? when i tried opening the app after update my account stopped existing. I don't want to re fill all my info. the app had a nice google translate function that helped those who don't know how to read Chinese ..can translate it to english. I wish my account wasn't removed without any notification.
I think this app may be a scam like many others. I met an amazing person. while chatting I was locked out for no reason with no explanation. simple message saying contact administration. but no link to it.
At first was so interested in this app but i think this app is out to defraud people , because it's all about money , money, other apps are not like this as big as badoo you can chat comfortably without so many charges. Please do something cant even put my card number it's rejecting it.
The app seems good but I can't verify my account because I'm unable to pay using PayPal and my bank card. I live in China. WeChat and Alipay is the convenient way to pay for everything. Is there a way to use any of these means to pay to verify my account?
I am writing in response to your reply on30Aug19here to my comment on22Aug19. You played the same trick again by asking me to email you. However you ignored my email again. In your comment you tried to avoid the main issue of refunding.I paid £60($19.90+$49.99) on 27May but the account was blocked straight away. If you don’t think you could provide service to customer you Must refund rather than loot. If I don't receive the refund I will have no choice but to raise a Complaint against OE Match.
I was told it was for free...when i sign up I was told to purchase credit.....I'm not doing that ...because of bad experience on datemyage site...I use my credit card to perchast on datemyage and they didn't give me 20 minutes....and I paid for a month....that very bad
I have made payments more than twice but still can not read my messages. It's really a big mess for me after withdrawing money from my account and still can't read my messages. I wonder if it's a fund raising app.
Registration hangs/not work at UPLOAD PHOTO. It does not accept any photo. Only way to make it work is by force close the app and start/run it again.
This app is so annoying. It took my money and still allow me to access the app. I have been trying to reach their very nonchalant management/team to help resolve the issue but no one is responding. That's how they just took my money like that. I'm so angry 😭😭😭😭😭😭
Am very worried because I don't get a notification when am out of the app, even when the the notification is on, but I only get notifications when immediately I am in the app. This really makes me miss so many early messages from people, And when I tried to pay and subscribe for VIP unlimited chat, it doesn't approve my payment, saying that the my subscription is unsuccessful and that I should try another payment method or contact my card issuers. This really got me very frustrated 🥴🥴
