I am always pissed off at this TV system. It constantly makes you change channels to continue watching your shows. And by the time you get the channel back, you have missed the end or the critical part of the show! I am not recommending OEC Fiber to anyone!

It just doesn't work. All I do is send error reports.
We just switch from Dish (which we loved, except during heavy rain & storms) to OEC Fiber. The top box was mailed to us & we very easily installed & set it up ourselves. I like that there is an app that I can use on my phone, but I DO NOT like how it is set up - it does not have a tv guide that shows what's on or going to be. It basically tells you what's on now or recommends shows you might like. Please correct this and give us a guide and be able to record tv show/movies from the app!
