Will Never Switch to another Credit Union. There Customer Service is above and beyond any "Big Bank" that I've ever dealt with. They are really there to help in any way they can. Their app has clean lines, very simple to use.
This app was great for a long time. Still having problems getting used to the new app it was recently replaced with⁴

I am so Blessed to have a wonderful bank like OCU. They have stopped fraudulent actions from being done through my account several times. The employees are all so Professional, Friendly, and very Helpful. My Deepest Appreciation to this Wonderful Bank on Lincoln Avenue.

Worked fine for about a week, now it will not allow me to login. Even though I can login with the same password online and it works just fine, the mobile app says wrong password. Tried reinstalling, didn't make any difference.
I have had to change my password twice in less than a year, because it doesn't recognize it. And just trying to change the password is horrific, and impossible with this app.
I haven't been able to go to any accounts. This is what you need to do. Go to android system webciew and download it or update and it. This should work. It worked for me.
The login doesn't work. It goes to a white page and nothing further to be able to enter ones password.
Stops working and automatically closes after confirming security questions. Will not let me see any account info.
Re-installed for 3rd time. I log in then the app stops & closes. Very frustrating. It's nice when it actually works right!

Not working anymore as of a few weeks ago. Can't get to the password page.
Since the update took place, the app tells me that my phone is no longer compatible. I don't have the resources to go out and purchase a newer phone. You guys can't leave well enough alone - what's not broken, doesn't need fixed. Consider creating a old version of the app for those whose phones aren't compatible. On the side note, my other banks do their updates & I have yet to have a problem with compatibility.
Please fix this crappy app. Cant log in. Asks me to answer security questions. You finally fixed the security questions but now there is no button to confirm them on the next page. I just want to log on to my account. This is BS! Updated on 6/26/16: updated the app because the totals in the account details are screwed up. After update i cant log in at all...again, this app is terrible.

now the app never gets to the password screen...so much for the mobile deposit feature. ughh
You can't access all of your account information, like acct holds, but overall it's pretty good.

Cant add decimal point when making epays. So basically useless! Ive sent emails and called many times months ago but no response
This app hasn't been updated in over a year. Additional biometric authentication needs to be added (facial recognition). Previously I could open the app with my fingerprint but facial recognition is not supported. I'll update this review if this gets supported.
