OEE stands for Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
OEE = Availability x Performance x Quality
where,
Availability = Operating Time / Planned Production Time
Performance = Ideal Part Time / (Operating Time / Total Parts)
Quality = Good Pieces / Total Pieces
and,
Operating Time = Planned Production Time
- Down TimePlanned Production Time = Total Shift Length
- Breaks

Simple and usefull for daily inspection on shopfloor
But a requirement from me technical availability & organisational availability in the results by calculating tech&avail downtime...and sharing the results option (msg, whats app, hike etc..) can be easily shared and to improve your app
