It's OK, for being a credit union there's not very many things going on in the app
It's a pretty basic banking app, not a lot of features but enough to be useful. I have had the app for three or four years now. I used it with no issues then all of the sudden started having some of the problems other people have talked about- no internet when I was definitely connected or a screen just loading. It was my VPN from Lookout once I disabled it no more problems. I figured it out when I got a new phone and the VPN started causing other problems. Not sure if other VPNs cause same prob.
Excellent app. Only drawback is that on the credit card balances it doesn't show a "true" balance. Pending transactions are not shown initially until you tap on that account. You then have to add all your Pending transactions together and then subtract from the balance shown.
maybe the VPN setting is what causes the issue to a 'no internet connection' message; but it should not be since we can assume it's a better and more secure com layer socket. the mobil data and mobil wifi settings are not currently resolving the issue 4me (so VPN may just be the key) thanx
Does not work. Stays on the loading screen until u switch from wifi to yr service provider and then all it does is load yr balance... After that the app is useless! Frozen. Cant pull the apps menu down. Its just frozen. How am i supposed to bank with the app if the app doesnt work?
Too many bugs in app. I downloaded this app to deposit checks. After taking pictures of the checks, you are force to resign into your account. All of the deposit information and pictures of the check are lost at this point. This app is completely useless.
Not able to use app, "no Internet connection ", keeps coming up, uninstalled and reinstalled several times over the past few weeks but still nothings happening! Very frustrating!!!
All though I did like the other app and now I've gotten used to the new one and where things are its also a very good app. From the best credit union in the State who employees go way beyond to make sure that the clients are taken care of and helped without feeling like your putting out the staff or they have got other things to do. I have been using this app for years now. Never once had any problems. Its great because my family are all credit union members and we can transfer money amongst ourselves. I don't live near a OEFCU so either a shared branch and they don't treat you the same as they do there banker's. I use the mobile deposit and bill pay.
Would be great to have 2FA ability other than text. Google authenticator is an example. Also, the option to dispute a charge is there but doesn't work. Other than that it works great
I am unable to log in 80 percent of the time. When I am able to connect it is fine. Not being able to check my accounts whenever I want defeats the purpose of having a mobile app.
Very user friendly. The interface is easy to to use, and I like the fingerprint sign in that is now an option.
I like the functionality and easy to use features. I can do many things on the app saving me alot of time.

Simple and straightforward app. Doesn't get much better than this. All categories of the app works perfect.
Tmobile sent down an update and now this app does not work on my device. Error message states app was built for older version of Android and to contact the developer.
Currently does not work with a VPN in use which makes no sense as it is a banking app and should have VPN support. Please update it and I will give it 5 stars. Otherwise love the Bank and everything they do for us.
Cannot log in, says unknown error, can't go onto the website either, I have nothing but issues with this stupid bank and its app. It's time for a change. Just like the Union itself, the bank for the union is a joke as well
My favorite app! So easy use, never have any issues. Haven't stepped foot in a branch in about 2 years! I do miss the tellers though!
App has been down all day so far saying no internet detected. My internet is fine, your app is not. Normally I have very little issues with the app....
The old app was easier to use. The new updated version seems to react slower, though looks more appealing.
If the update would download that would be great. It won't download and I am unable to get to my account. I have higher than Android 6.0. What the hell? I give it zero stars right now.
Hate it.... Was easy before they upgraded it.... Now it's confusing and isn't as easy as it was. Different isn't always better
The app was working good until OE3 updated thier banking system. Now the app is slower. The pay down to zero value is never correct. You have to scroll more and enter more numbers to make transfers. Accounts don't show new values after transfers and bill pays unless you actually click on them, and even then, it may not update. The old version was faster and more accurate. Why doesn't the back button work? Every time I try to click the accounts button, I click a stupid website banner that pops up
