The most slowest app i ever seen. Its been freeze from last 6 days, i can't even check my folio.
App is not showing anything after opening.. Not asking for login details or anything else.
The app is not working. After entering PAN number and mobile number, it says "Failed".
The invested value not show completely, the partial amount show, I thing it not show more then 8k

Not updating amount since one month...i withraw some amount bt still showing incorrect portfolio value.
The issue is sometime it work very smooth but somday it does not open.
The is freezing for last 2 weeks. Tried reinstalling the app. But still it doesn't work.
Worst application performance ...its lagging alot in start up ...sometime got blank with screen saver page only ...please update the app ...to remove flurry of it buggs
Worst app. Not getting login. Showing my pan no wrong. It mean i don't know my pan no. Very funny. Whereas i used the app with same pan no & mob no before 6-8 months. Worked. So i uninstalled the bekar app.
App is not displaying login screen. Please look into this.
App crashes simply. Not able to login suddenly. Please atleast provide some support page etc. Worst experience. Update 22nd Nov. No update or support. Still the app crashing. Update. Still waiting for a solution. 100th time installed and the app crashes right after confirming the "Accept Condition/Agreement". No one bothers...it could be my phone but I need evidence. Using S9+.
Dear team, I am a new customer, using OFA app for SIP, facing some issues in online transaction, my partner already given me access for invest more & redeem, but when I'm opening this it's showing u haven't access contact your partner.. Please do as soon as possible..
I have been using this for more than 6 months, was working fine and was pretty much impressed until last week , but now it shows a pop-up after login saying "it seems you don't have permissions to use this " on screen letting me do nothing.. seems to be a bug and I'm hoping this will be fixed soon before I uninstall it.
Hi team , not able to login into account as app is getting stuck on splash screen.
The App is not working since past 3 days as I am unable to see the Fund details. After typing in the Pan and the mobile No , the App says that verification code is sent to my mobile no. But the code never arrives. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App, and switched off and again switched on the mobile but still no success. Can you pl help sort out the issue. Am unable to use the App at all.
After current updates, I'm not able to login inside the App. After giving the PAN and Phone number, it shows as "fail". Please fix this issue. I do have an account in it. I have been using it since the last two years and suddenly I cannot.
They don't have any link to contact customer care incase we have any issues. They display Advisor Photo also while loading the app which is very annoying. why you need to show the photo? i know who my advisor is you don't have to remind me again and again.
Last 2 years I have been using. This year not going to Renewal. There is folios missing. for some folios, Invested amt or Total value showing irrelated amount value. When there is no proper data then why we want to use this app. TOTAL WASTE.
Dear Sir/ Madam, I have been trying to check my Portfolio since yesterday. But the app doesn't move beyond the Home screen. The log-in simply doesn't appear. I have been using the App for sometime now on my One Plus Phone. But this is probably the first time I am experiencing this kind of a problem. Plz look into the matter and fix it at the earliest so that I can see my investment statements. Regards Karthik Panicker
App is getting crashed and not allowing to login after latest update. Not sure if issue is device specific but looking at the comments it looks like it is happening for most people. Please fix issue as soon as possible.
Unable to log in after 27/2. update. Sent u an email stating all defects but no response. Auto generated OTP not matching. After updating also problem still persists ' OTP not matching' Your updates are of no use. Still unable to login. Always showing 'OTP not matching' . Pl check your software or your OTP sent.
The app has serious sync issues. My investments never show up on time and I have to keep asking my financial advisor. There is inconsistency on the app itself - items show up under My investments at times and not under the My SIP section. The new updates aren't very special too.
Someone nicely suggested to add "Data loaded as on......dd-mm-yy....". The developers probably understood Click time of the app and coded. We know the time when we start the app. Needless. It should be last transaction update date/time(business date) not system time.Kindly analyze the logic and update.
Poor interface, not all the mutual funds get shown ... Bugs all over the app, investment shoes lesser than actual invested amount
Trash App. 90% time you will not be able to login. Even if it opens, freezes for next 2-3 minutes. No proper details and analysis of portfolio. Basic features are missing and UI is 3rd class.
Dear OFA Team, I have been trying to check my portfolio details but not updated properly, payment done last 6 days before since not updating the latest details including SIP count. And some times Apps not working getting oops error message. Please try to fix the basic issue.
