The system of OFBank is very slow especially sending the OTP to the registered mobile number..before there is an option that you can send otp from your email but they're moved this option..For tranferring overseas it is a hassle. The customer hotline contact number is not working. They need to upgrade there system to serve better to their customer..For now 1 star once they improve the system I will update my review to them.
OTP used to work but now it is not. The update only added a timer before you can click to resend the OTP but it is useless as it is not generating or sending an OTP anyway to my registered mobile number. Sent them message and email and no one has replied for 4 days already. It is getting ridiculous my money is stuck and can't transfer it.
It's been over a month since i downloaded this app. I have gone through all the verification process. When i am trying to fund transfer it still says not verified and has to wait 24hrs.. for over a month??? Luckily i didnt use this for my transaction or the money will be stucked..π
I transferred money from ofbank to my other account. Then there's a prompt message na there is system error and na deduct yung amount. I'm trying to reach out to their customer service by email and phone call and no one is responding! They have a messenger account where you can follow up but even them can't help. Please bring my money back.
Please fix your apps , it's showing update the latest version but saddenly it's not working ...I need to transfer for emergency but your apps is not working..what a bad experience.
I can't make transaction because the OTP is sending now thru sms. I'm an OFW and it is more convenient if it was send thru my email. I already update my number but still I can't transact. Now I can't withdraw my money. I don't know what to do
Worst online banking, its been 4days trying to transfer money but couldn't receive any OTP in my inbox. They should consider sending OTP as well through email. I emailed them for the OTP issue, but sadly the costumer service is not responsive either. Even the hotline u need to load ur mobile number to connect with them. Poor and worst online bankingπ. How about the filipino overseas using this mobile banking and encounter such problem, how it get solve when nobody is responding?
Not good.making account is not easy two times send otp your phone no. It's okey but in email to much time pls be accommodate to all so that people use have satisfaction to use the apps thank you very much.
Should be nice if you can see and save the details of the reciever. So don't have to enter the details every time u transfer a fund.
Please fix about the OTP issue! I cant receive OTP anymore thru SMS. We need to send money to our family to Phil urgently! Your customer service thru email and call were note responsive at all! Please fix!
OTP Generator does not function. Tried asking OTP to be sent to email but delivery of OTP is unreliable. It used to be a working app. But now it isn't anymore. Please fix the bugs. Thanks.
It would be a great help if the app can have "add beneficiary" option so we do not have to input everytime. I opened my wife a beneficiary account as I thought we could link our accounts later, however, we could not and now, we are just 2 separate bank accounts. It would help us a lot if we have this beneficiary management function.
Very bad experience,how many times i send email in ur customer service but unfortunately no one response..
The MBA now is very difficult to use for transferring money. And the MBA is very slow in sending OTP or havent sent
Worst mobile banking app ever. I cannot transfer funds, i tried hundred times but the OTP never came.
Very efficient and secure in executing fund transfers... I would give 6 stars for this app. ππ
Nice app, been using this since 2020, at first otp is not so friendly but then now so far so good thanks OFbank from Brunei.
This version is no longer supported..... D n na open ang apps..need to update Para open

Very bad banking online services. requested for update of mobile number for OTP but there was an inaction from the bank. I don't know what they are doing with my request. Will be using other bank instead for money transfer. Not worth it.
Please allow another option of receiving otp via email. So difficult to transfer especially when it's emergency. Please consider. Thanks. π Hoping for less charge fee for any transaction.
I contacted costumer service for my OTP issue because my registered mobile number got blocked,if there is another option but sad to say they don't send anymore OTP to d email address provided and I really need to transfer money, customer service didn't respond π
Sana magawan po ito ng paraan I need to transfer money but I cannot open the apps. It's annoying because I really need that money. Please fix it. It's been 3 days since your app is working,Please fix it LAND BANK.
Im not satisfied to the customer service hotline, not help at all. I email them for my pasword because I forgot, I bad need to transfer money, but no response at all, untill i reach the attempt trial and my account is block now. So disappointed
i was sending email on your registered email acct. but then until now i'm not recieving any response on how to fix my email address where i am sending my otp. Only sms for otp is showing..im having struggle cos the number i was using in the philippine is not working anymore.. pls try to fix it as soon as possible. badly needed to do some transaction in the philippines.
Before I can use the email to send money, now only the sms is used for the pin.. I hope you return the email button, so that the ofws witg an expired sim can also send money and can receive pin thru email address
Making an account is too frustrating! First, OTP via SMS is too slow! (Once you receive the code it is already expired!). Second, server for uploading ID is unresponsive! I tried so many times in uploading my supporting document only to be greeted by an "Error: Transaction is not available at this time. Try again later.". Lastly, I closed the app and now I CAN'T LOGIN, SAYS MY PASSWORD IS INCORRECT! Fix the app, 1 star deserved!
