OFCU Mobile Banking

Hit or miss most of the time. I always see the "unable to authenticate" (fingerprint) error followed by an "application error--we are unable to display your information at this time" error when I type in my password manually. (yes I typed my password correctly - as it loaded just fine on a web browser on the same phone) This application error happens a lot. Other than that the interface is nice and easy to navigate and well organized.

App hasn't worked in months, will never log in or load any pages after the log in page... whether on Android or iPhone, old phones, new phones, most recent OS updates, no matter. Only way I can access my account is via the computer or internet site. Frustrating.

Originally it keep disposing of my access and had to continuously call and reset. Now it works great because of changes that were made to how it operates! CB

I love knowing I can always see my balance without having to go to the bank or wait for my bank statements. And being able to pay bills online is great , I can order online also & always have a balance show.

Absolutely the worst app ever. Always down, always doing maintenance when you need to access your account. Always Error messages. Smh

Pretty good. Some difficulties in getting passwords synched but overall the tech support is slow but pretty accurate.

The app itself is ok, but the mobile deposit takes too long to snap the photo. I started 20 min before 4 p.m. and didn't finish until 5 min after 4 p.m. I'm not happy since they run the mobile deposits at 4 p.m.

Does the basics. Get tired of the home page switching and having to reset up my fingerprint sign in. An update is definitely needed.

LOVE this app. I wish I could set up text alerts for my card but there is an option for email alerts!

Everything works as designed. Fingerprint log in has been great 👍. Transfers have been easy. Mobile check deposit worked good after initial deposit.

taking pictures of checks to mobile deposit is almost an act of god. I use other banks also but this one is terrible to get it to take the picture. keeps making you retake too many times

I was never told that I needed a new password for security.Please apprise us. Also not available 24/7. Money deposited in wrong accounts several times.

I am so happy that I have this app now as I can check my draft balances at any time day or night. It is real easy to use. I even like the fact that I can transfer funds from one account to another without having to go to the bank.

This app had made all of my banking needs easy, and customer service is quick to assist if a problem is encountered with the app.

Logs me out after I login due to non activity. 30 seconds after I log in. Issue needs to be fixed ASAP!

This last update makes paying the credit card balance simple, quick, and easy.

the check recognition portion of this app is terrible. Numerous times I have had to redeposit the check or try to take the check in instead of it working through this app

I love looking at my account when I need to. I can just look it in the app with my login info, with ofcu app on my mobile phone.

Been using OFCU on line banking for years. As a senior citizen I find the site easy to maneuver.

It is always a great way for me to bank on the go and check my balance at anytime since we live outside of town.

Check deposit camera app is horrible. More than half ever get accepted. Never had a problem with USAA mobile deposit.

Once an OFCU teller walked me through the steps, using the App is a piece of cake! Sorry, I forgot his name but he is a young gentleman at the branch across from the mall! Thank you Sir!

Very user-friendly, straight forward, intuitive app.

Was good until they messed up the camera, now I can't take pictures of checks to deposit.

I love the ease of this app. I only wish that I could make transfers to other account numbers. Other than that, I really enjoy this app.

Love the app so much easier to bank pay bills with i could get money this way instead of going to ATM but otherwise nice

I can easely get into my account i never have any problems with the app really like it alot

Being out of state this mobile banking allows me the same flexibility as if I were down the street. It helps me to make my monthly Jeep payment. Thank for this service. KSpencer

Straight forward, always logs you out, easy to use.

I love this app it's very easy to understand and you can do anything you need on it. I've never had an issue.
