Off The Phone - lock phone remotely
Many times, kids like to play with their phone, but seldom knows when to stop using it. Parents all over the world often struggle with their child to put their phone down, and come to eat/sleep etc.
With OffThePhone you will be able to lock your phone instantly for a period of time, or schedule a lock later.
Also, OffThePhone enables you to write a message to the child, so he or she will know why the phone is locked. e.g you can lock the phone for 30 minutes, 15 minutes from now, and write "Time to eat" in the reason field. The time for locking up the phone can be discussed with the child, and reduce the tension between the parent and his kid.

Its very good when locking, and sending messages ect. But I was wondering if the developers could add a feature when you can see what the device you are controlling is seeing? Thanks
Useless. All I need is a remote phone locker to lock my son's phone when I need his attention and we are not together. All he has to do is turn off his phone and this app shuts down. Every time he turns his phone back on, I have to re-pair the phones for the to work. Not very useful when we are not together... Samsung Note 9
Excellent please keep it this way. Helps to sort out the biggest addiction problem with kids. Now I don't hide phone nor argue with kids...thanks to your app I give it to them with love and post that your app makes the magic.Thanks a lot. Kids become more aggressive if we don't give. Thats sorted out.
It works to lock and unlock, but the phone can only be locked for a short time. For it to make any sense there should be a feature to lock the phone until manually unlocked
I installed this app to control my younger brother's use of his tablet (he is addicted to PUBG). After I locked his device a few times, my brother simply went and disabled the app. So now I cannot lock his device remotely. There should be some technique so that the app cannot be disabled or deleted from child's device without permission from parent's device.
the system works fairly well, only issue is after the kid restarts the phone it's free for 3 to 5 minutes before it locks again. if this could be fixed, 5 star app for sure
Pls. Fix . The first time lock my child phone is ok. After an hour i tried to do it again nothing happen. I nid to pair again to work repeatedly. That was bad. But anyway i like this app.
Perfect it did what I wanted to do except that the locking time maximum is 120 minutes, I would give it five stars if the locking Time can be customized in hours for example to be 12 hours or 6 hours
My kid just uninstalled the app when it was unlocked. Also two hours are not enough. The app needs a lock so that it cannot be tampered with.
It works well for my children. unfortunately it doesn't work to lock on redmi note 8 pro. please fix it
it was great but the problem is it suddenly didnt work that's why i have to install it again.is there a limited period for usage?

Like the others said, if they figure out to shut the phone off it does allow the phone to be used for a few minutes untill it locks again. Also, you should be able to make it lock for longer. Other than that it's a great app. I would even pay a few dollars if the two small issues were changed.
