Troop Messenger has been our tool for 2 years, and we never felt monotony with any functionality since every time it is getting upgraded. Surprisingly, other tools doesn’t have as many features as Troop Messenger have, especially unique features. While deploying it we made many last minute requests but still their team cunstomized the tool including our inputs.

Previously, I used to switch between apps to access files and folders. But, now with the help of Google Drive integration within Troop Messenger, I am able to perform all the actions of file management like access, share, copy the link, and more right from here itself. These integrations helped me save time.

It is a fast and seamless instant messaging app. I love Edit message feature a lot. In case we type any error by mistake, we can edit and sent it correctly. No need for typing another message again. I guess not all messaging tools offers this feature. There are still many unique features such as Forkout and Burnout that are not available on other tools.

I like the file preview feature the most. Whether it is a doc file, PDF, image file, and video, I can directly view them on the interface without having to download. Though I have used many team collaboration tools earlier, I haven’t seen such a productive and time-saving feature.

I like all the features of the Troop Messenger. It has a rich set of features such as instant messaging, video conferencing, global/text search, audio/video calls, sharing files, flagging, respond later, mute conversations, unlimited group creation, forkout, burnout, etc. You can also see a lot of emojis, set wallpapers, and a lot of things that are helpful for the seamless collaboration of unlimited teams.

Troop Messenger has been a big relief to us in the pandemic. And we realized how inept our previous tool was although it is known as a popular tool, it couldn’t provide remote access and didn’t authorize us to include more members in group calls. So, eventually, we opted for Troop Messenger because we had no budget but fortunately, every feature including chatting, audio/ video call, conference, remote access, screen share, and other features work amazingly well.

This is simply a great app. This app allows you to see the conversation you had with the employees who are deactivated/exited from the company. You can retrieve everything you have sent to them. Also, screen sharing feature help in collaboration with diverse teams across different regions. It is the best tool for both on-premise employees and remote teams.

It has a good number of time-saving and productive features like Forkout, file preview, text search filters, date-time filters, integrations, sending multiple attachments, image controls. What I liked the most is Attachment browser pop-out; using this anyone can simply view the information in the browser.

Whenever I feel trouble understanding a feature, I go to the in-app Help facility that is available on the Troop Messenger desktop app. It has feature How-to’s, FAQs, and feature-demo videos in it. One can easily know, “How to use the features?” from here. Apart from this, the team keeps us updated about the coming version releases from the Versions and TM Bulletin sections.

UI and UX are awesome. Troop Messenger delivers flawless team messaging experience. Whether one needs to send a one-on-one message or participate in group conversations, the communication transfer is quick and fast. The best part is, it works well over low-speed networks too.

Recently, they have added more wallpaper to their collection. At times I feel Troop Messenger’s chat UI seems to be dull. But, with the inclusion of the feature, wallpapers, I can select and apply the one I liked to make my chat UI more attractive.

The advanced data filters facility made us simply refine the search results!. We could filter text files, image files, video files, contacts, flagged messages, respond later tagged messages, and more individually. As we exchange heavy volumes of data each day, this feature is a time saver for us.

Troop Messenger has outstanding features than other team collaboration tools. The features I like the most are Respond later, Edit the message, recalling the message, self messaging, help, personal settings like wallpaper, and filtering by name, text, image, files, and date, etc.

Since I travel much, I hang on to the mobile version of Troop Messenger. The security level features are designed well here. Besides, it’s pretty quick and fast to use. What we have in Troop Messenger’s desktop edition is seen in the mobile app too.

Sometimes, the desktop app loads slow. May be its because i have too much data in there. Besides this, I don’t see any major glitches in the tool. Many teams in my company are using Troop Messenger, and the work communication between us is seamless and have very little to complain.

Troop Messenger never disappointed us, it worked very well despite latency issues. Just check with Respond Later, Unread Messages, and other features you will get to know how driven they are in providing an efficient platform. I will certainly recommend Troop Messenger to others.
