Can we please get rid of the need for the menu button. Conforming to current app design standards would make my life a lot easier because my phone's implementation of the menu button causes lots of accidental hits with keyboard centric apps such as this.
I had the free version, and the app once logged on, used to kick me out, randomly. I have sent feedback to the dev and it got fixed. Then i have upgraded to the add free version... And it kept working for some time. Now, since few days, i am getting everyone's status as ''presence unknown'' and cannot get in touch with no one from my list. I suppose i am not available to others either. I would really appreciate if this one gets fixed. Thanks in advance!
I don't suppose a widget could be in the foreseeable future? Otherwise, this tool fills the bill for my remote (chat) connectivity needs. Oughtta be free, however; if we're using the client, don't you assume that our employer has already paid for the server license? Your burning the candle at both ends, fellas.
Office Talk worked perfectly on my Droid X, but on my GS4 you cannot hit the logoff button. Have to go to the task manager to actually log off. Annoying bug, otherwise works great.
Does not work properly from time to time. Cannot change status, receive messages or connect to meetings
I used the free version, which helped me very much, hence for the respect of developer's effort, this paid version is worth every cent. :-)
The application keeps crashing and never reliable. It just loggs out in about 2 minutes or so and has become compeltely unstable. I just wasted money buying this application.
Used Lync for about a year and decided to go back to Office Talk. Lync would sign me out as soon as the screen was off and there was no way to change it. Office Talk gives me that option allowing me to be seen as available and reached at all times without having to keep my screen on.
No longer connects to the server...I switched to a more reliable app
I have using this app for three months .. now it suddenly throws unknown host as an error message. I have mailed this issue for more than six times and yet to have receive a respond....
They dont respond to touch
Used to be great, but recently stopped working. Uninstall.
Wonderful Application! I went for the Pro Version. Thanks to the Developers! God Bless You All... 1. Can definitely be improved and new features added. This will definitely help people in the Corporate World. 2. Moreover, remaining connected to Colleagues in a distributed network reduces the Call charges and reduces the OPEX! 3. Some additional feature can be added, and if made available, it'll save lots of MUDA (Waste)... Developers! Please note this request... --- My Two Cents! --- A Happy User!
I just bought the paid version and can't configure the settings as no menu appears. Any suggestions? Using the note 4.
Does just what I need it to. Thanks!
My company is moving to Lynch 2010, When will this app support Lynch 2010?
Great little app for ocs and lync
can´t log out unless I restart the phone. can´t set a notification sound when message is recieved.
Now that I have a Samsung phone there is no physical menu button. Really need to add that. Could also use a redesign. Other than that it functions.
I had a little trouble getting this to work. My corporate communicator server requires a certificate. I got a message to email it, but rather than send this over the internet I transferred it to my phone using a cable and then used root explorer to open it with Office Talk. This was enough to install the certificate which got me up and running. Seems quite nice app with a minimalist look in the contacts list. Looks good on my Samsung Galaxy Note, as the developer so the has made the app work with different screen sizes. Would give 5 stars if it could support audio conferencing to a computer rather than make a call, but perhaps I am in dreamland to expect that, as it would be quite a lot of work to incorporate this.
Generally I'm satisfied, but I miss the conversation history saving. If it is not possible to integrate office talk with messaging client, I would appreciate to save history locally inside the phone. However, there is at least the possibility to send the conversation via email client. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Other than that, I'm going to ask for support since when I chat with people connected from their PC's it opens new window for each message I send. example: I send 5 messages, user see 5 conversation windows Samsung Galaxy S2
No voice call supported and voice or chat conference are not working. other than that everything is fine. .
Had trouble with my service Nils emailed me right back with a solution. Awesome Support! On the app side it works great now.
My IT department recently upgraded to Exchange 2010. Now I get an error message when trying to connect that it isn't compatible and it must be a 2007 server. Please add 2010 support! App is a brick now.
Brilliant app - been waiting for ages for an OCS client that has client certificate authentication (a must for many of us in large corps. I'm sure the visuals can be improved in future but they absolutely OK for now. Seriously, if you've been looking fo an OCS chat solution for android this is it for now...
I agree with David. Conversation history would be great.
Doesn't work for my htc wildfires
What i wrote as feedback: This is bull Free version worked ok and based on that experience I purchased this rubbish. Expecting fix or refund ASAP. Response from MD (presumably developer. ..)Hi First, if you want good service you might want to communicate calmly and respectfully. There's no difference between free and paid version when it comes to CWA compatibility. The URL you have there.
