Extremely buggy which is terrible for anyone who is on time sensitive patrols. Rather inconvenient to be frank, it constantly kicks you out whenever you open up other apps (like to clock in and out) and it falls out of sink with GPS often enough to be a problem when patrolling. Not to mention the battery drain. For a function this simple, you would expect a small efficient app but this is ridiculous.
the tour tracker is constantly crashing, incident reports almost never submit with photos attached, has caused my 2 week old phone to completly freeze up at least 3 times, and will just randomly restart the app on its own. overall, this is a very unstable and marginaly useful app for report keeping.
This app has literally damaged my internal an external data. I have been having issues with this app since the first time I downloaded it. Reading the other comments from others of using this app let me know that i am not alone... this app has 33 issues going on all at once. As of today i can not use my phone to send text,emails & videos. I have spent over 28 hours trying to find the issue & i can not figure it out. This app has dammit my phone completely. PLEASE HELP ME 😱😰
App keeps force closing when opening other apps. Such as Timestamp camera etc. Also says not in right area when scanning a barcode when I'm at the right barcode. I have to constantly switch the GPS on and off to get the app to read the scan point.
Absolutely TERRIBLE app. It litterally crashes almost everytime I bring up the Tour Tracker. Then it never saves the previous scans. I havr no idea why the comapny I work for and so many others use this garbage. You guys must have really corned the market with this trash app. Get It Together.
It's a great app I use this for my job. There was an issue where I couldn't access my daily activity reports everytime I did it would shut down and log me out and so I let my sergeant know what was happening so I wouldn't get in any trouble for not completing my task I uninstalled it and reinstalled this application again hopefully we won't have this issue again tonight pleaser fix this bug asap I don't like to leave job undone by no means I am a stickler for details and my notes are always on it
This app consistenly has issues where I've had to delete and install tons of times!!! It never stays connected as I'm always getting disconnected EVERY time I try to clock in. This app us TRASH!!!
App crashes constantly. When doing a report that requires a picture I have to use the "take photo" instead of "upload photo" option because it simply won't allow photos to upload. It's ridiculous
This app is retarded it times out and the screen will go blank and restart inconveniently. It also will not allow you to take pictures at times. App is garbage!
It gets worse by the day. This app gets buggier and buggier. I scan a code and then it says I'm not in range and it crashes and I have to restart the whole damn thing
Terrible app in terms of reliability. It crashes more than it works. With time sensitive patrols, if my scans are not performed on time I will not be paid. This app is costing me money in docked pay due to your failure.
the worst POS program ever. full of bugs, lack of ability to upload pic, or videos inconaistances as shown in the feature.
It often will not scan positions when I need to scan QR codes. The application drops off and I have to sign back in every damn time I need to use it.
This app crashes more than it actually works. After reading all the other complaints and comments I need not even explain. You know the app is problematic so fix it. Simple as that.
Wont scan codes, crashes often, no option to manually scan. Sometimes takes 5 minutes of standing to read a QR code.
This app performs poorly, shuts down constantly and has issues with the flashlight functions. You really need to overhaul this applica6before reintroducing it to safety officer.
This app works really good when signing in and doing your daily activities reports. Saves us a lot of paper. It never freezes on me or stop working I love this app
It would be a great app if it didn't log me out every 5 seconds. There should be a setting that let the user stay logged in.
Absolutely crashes any doesn't save scanned QR codes that have been scanned. App also logs out frequently from inactivity
App consistently at least every other shift says unable to load report. Have somebody fix this issue. App has many issues that need to be fixed in addressed
