Make your OfficeSuite® phone mobile. When enabled, customers of Broadview Networks OfficeSuite® cloud-based phone service can use this app to make and receive calls from their Android device as if dialing from their OfficeSuite® desk phone. Dial co-workers by extension and use your company calling plan instead of expensive cell phone minutes. Dial using your business phone number from your address book. Use WiFi and your mobile data plan. Optimized for Android phones, the app may not render correctly on Android tablets. Note: This application requires you to have a Broadview OfficeSuite® phone system and to have this app enabled by your local phone system administrator through Broadview Networks.
The emergency calling service provided by Broadview Networks for this app behaves differently than traditional 911 or Enhanced 911(E911) services provided on traditional phone lines. Specifically if you dial 911 from the app running on a mobile phone, the app will place the call using your native mobile phone service and the call will be processed by your wireless carrier in the same manner as if you had dialed it directly from the mobile phone without the OfficeSuite® app. 911 does not work on Android tablets or any device without a built-in phone capability. Any attempt to place a 911 call on such a device will fail. In such a situation you are advised to seek an alternate means of contacting emergency services.

Lousy sound quality, calls are always breaking up. The app randomly logs me out. Our whole staff has this problem. I wish I was able to tell what extension calls were coming in to. Right now they all show up the same. I would not recommend this app or Windstream.
Very unreliable. Doesn't ring most of the time, can't make calls out now. Bad app and bad company all around. As soon as my contract is up I'll be switching
Unusable on the current version of Android, and no response from the developers. I pay $700/mo for Broadview and am very disappointed at the level of support and the lack of service.
app changes settings randomly. drops calls when I attempt to answer. have to uninstall and re-install daily. very sketchy, not dependable.
I would love for it to have the remote call answering allowance. Have a pair of plantronics but won't answer from headset because app doesn't have that feature
Working great now, used to be O.K.. One of things i always do, is logout of the account before switching networks so that it always logs in fast the next time. I am not sure if i need to keep doing this, but since i had to before its become a new habit of mine.
Works very well, you might need to change the DTMF tone setting, but once fixed the app has works perfecly.
How about giving us the option to reset or retrieve our softphone login password?? You know, basic stuff like that. Latest app version, OnePlus 6T

The app randomly logs out (unregisters) by itself. I have to constantly keep checking the app to make sure it's logged in. Really frustrating because it causes me to lose calls and clients/coworkers can't get a hold of me.
Had to get this for work and it's ok! The connection is mostly poor to ok
People complain that the quality is poor
App disables microphone for all other apps (regular phone, WhatsApp, Google assistant) when running. Must completely log out and shut down app to use microphone elsewhere. Quite inconvenient when I would like to use my phone as a phone and a smartphone.
It does not work on Android 4.4.4. It lower volume
Latest update is bad. Breaks goggle now (microphone), immediately switches away from screen with mute button making it difficult to mute/ unmute. Holding phone against face causes phantom presses to the screen and chaos. Keypad sometimes does not transmit. Tones sometimes don't play when pressing keypad. Noticeable delay in key presses. Etc.

It drops calls when you hand off between Wi-Fi and cellular. It also requires 4g or it does not work.
I wish it wasn't as good as it is. Working remotely now is as efficient as sitting at my desk.

This product is excellent and the signal strength is far better than it's been in the past with upgrades that they have done. I can bring other employees at their extensions and call out as the caller ID of my work phone, excellent product all around
My experience with this app can best be described by the calls I receive. They are horrible; static-filled, signal goes in and out. Caller says it sounds like we are talking under water. Then I end up moving to another part of my apartment to try to get better signaling and it doesn't work. When I am taking a call in the car, I get the same result. Ditch this app and start over.
