A very efficient and easy to use office app. It is lets you work with microsoft office documents so overall it is an excellent app. To update my january 22 review I have upgraded to ans22 ultra. Since the I can't SAVE revised xcell files it will only accept SAVE AS with new file names. That means I can't update my files ( eg: file x) but I can only get more files (eg file x, file x(1), file x (1)(1), and so on) How can that be fixed?????
This works well on my tablet. Just a few things I wish were fixed: - make tabs work on Word docs. I have to scroll over. Maybe it's my Android but tabs seems to be an easy fix. - when I move the curser to go to a different place in a Word document and start typing it glitches and jumps the curser elsewhere and starts there, instead. The only way I know around this is to delete one character back and start typing again. Not sure why this happens. Maybe a default setting I need to change
So far so good although all my writing is from libreoffice and when opening the odt file on this app the fonts are not aligned and it's not a clear conversion. I had decided to rewrite everything using the apps formats but it would have been nice if I did not have to do that. As for the ads so far all I had seen are reminders to use the PC version along with this and I don't mind that at all since I plan to do that. I don't mind getting upgrades either.
wanted a decent word processor for android on my tablet. this seemed to be it but after using it for a while it keeps snapping my cursor away from where i want to type earlier on in the sentance? havnt figured out what causes it but I can break the behavior by cutting some text so usually il just space shift back and cut and move back to where i want to type. its really anoying. iv found a work around but most people arent going to put up with this. dont know if this is specific to my device ver
I can not open most docx documents especially if they contain images. The app has always contained ads even after paying for pro. I keep trying to use officesuite off and on, but what really is the point when you need a second office app to make up the short fall of this one!
With the new update. I cannot open a word document. It says that FILE IS CORRUPT but when I use a different app. It can be opened. I tried to install and unsintall but still the same it says it is corrupt even though it is not.
This is a really nice app! After years of using mostly documents, spreadsheets, PDFs and an occasional use of presentations, I find this the best for my needs. It seems like all the issues I was having have been resolved! Thanks to the programmers for your dedication.
I wanted to use OfficeSuite on my laptop but every time I open a document I am asked to go to the premium. Too intrusive and boring! I immediately uninstalled them from my laptop. Now the same thing happens with MobiDrive on my Android ... It looks like i will have to completely delete both MobiDrive and OfficeSuite ... VERY BORING! UNBEARABLE!
Apps that tell you to rate them 5 stars are slimy, and it made me feel icky reading that and then being asked to upgrade to a paid subscription for a product I rarely use was insult to injury. I don't recommend this product which I paid for, having the rating question pop up twice and an advertisement in the span of 1 minute of use.
After updating, I can no longer open files stored locally on my Asus Chromebook. I get a File Not Found error. But if I move the file into my Downloads folder, it opens. Also, the update appears to have taken away the ability to save locally to anywhere other than the Downloads folder. Have you removed the ability to save and open from local folders?? Why?
I've been using this for years, and it just seems to keep getting worse. The user interface "enhancements" are frustrating and have made it harder and harder to use. The last straw has been the bug where when I go to save something, it reports that the document is open in another app and I loose my changes. Uninstalling and using google sheets, etc... Bye!
Poor customer experience. I don't want to see ads after I've already paid for the pro upgrade, and yet, I'm bombarded to get a subscription I don't want every time I use the app. Also, when I opened a pdf, recently, I couldn't just save it. I had to use another app entirely to do this basic function. I'll be looking for a suitable replacement and switching asap.
Overall, a good app. There's one problem that's annoying - I'm a Professional user and have paid for that, however, the app continually invites me to "upgrade" to the Personal subscription. The Personal subscription is lower than the Professional, so it's not an upgrade and therefore should not be offered.
I love the app until I could no longer open any of my Word files. They all say they are corrupt when trying to open them and can't open. I know it is not true as I open them on my p.c. and I have saved them with different names and still no good. I use a Note 10Plus 5G
I have been satisfied using officesuite all these years, but recently I changed my phone to Samsung z fold 3 and whenever I click SAVE, it goes to SAVE AS, for which I have to go through a long process to save my worksheet. Pls advice
Good overall performance, I like being able to convert documents to pdf and being able to sign off documents. Any problems so far have been minor.
ABSOLUTE FAILURE!! Switched to another app, came back to a SAVED document (created by this program) and not only is the screen blank, it cannot recover its own document. RECREATED and it happened again

After recent update, same here, open a pdf file ask me to input password but the file is not locked by password. What happened? Pls fix it
This is the only app that has worked on my various Android phones. And it's worked for years! The Pro Version is worth it!!! I am able to do more on my phone than some can do on their laptops! I highly recommend this app!
Though not an expert in the use of electronic devices, l have come to observe a steady improvement in the performance of this app; l regularly enjoy making use the text to speech aspect of it ...Gab.
I have been using this app for several years I have just purchased a subscription but am thinking of cancelling so soon as when I go in an edit a spreadsheet and the save it either using the save icon or the save button on the file tab it says file saved then I come out of the app and go back in moments later and I have lost all the changes i have just made which makes this app absolutely unusable
New tablet, your app will now not allow me to save without doing several steps, instead of one quick click. If I close the spreadsheet that I'm working on or just minimize it to use another app in conjunction with it your app will not allow me to save at all and claims the spreadsheet is open in another app - I only have this app for office functions!. Is this what I paid $20 for?
Good app. Works well and is the only one I've found that helps get things done,sich as printing.
I purchased this years ago and it worked flawlessly until today. Now I get a message that the "file is not found" with anything I try to open. I hope it is just a small glitch that can be repaired with an update! Update - sorted out and working as it should.
Older version was far better. Earlier I would able to edit text in pdf but now that doesn't work.
Ads and deception and Ads, an app that wishes it was MS office but that promises everything and you will soon find out you get nothing but ads!
I like the app but for several months now I have an issue where I can no longer save a modified document back to Google Drive. This used to work fine, but it stopped working for me around the time support for Google Drive was removed from the version available through Amazon. I have reached out to support several times. Occasionally I would get a response but so far there is no resolution. I now have observed the issue on two different devices. Update: they responded again and said there was no progress on my issue. I ended up uninstalling and going back to Docs to Go
Mixed - the app itself is generally good. It used to be better than Microsoft office, but not any longer. The worst aspects are the ads - TOTALLY infuriating, especially bearing in mind I paid for the app some time ago to remove the ads! And when it goes wrong it throws up an error to do with security, loses all the document you've been entering - clearing cache does not fix - only uninstall and reinstall. So many times I've thought that I'll stop using it and just use Microsoft version
