The app is pretty helpful although I'm a little leery of it because it said a ticket was not a winner when it was, so I would recommend always verifying your tickets on the website. Sometimes it's very time-consuming to scan tickets

Very very time consuming. Especially when it wont let me scan the tickets and i have to manually put in both set of numbers. On top of that the app has quit honoring my prize and draw points ive been winning.

I award 5, Yes 5 stars for the crappiest do nothing update. Here I sit in the exact spot when I first registered. Now the update will not load. 5 Stars for FAIL! As of 5-23-2022 and a different device, update loaded in less than 10 seconds over 5G network.

Are the Mo.lottery people really this stupid!? Again! Looks like the navigational MORONS are at it again! Its become comical really.. Missouri Lottery.. Only "they" can update an app only to make worse. Navigational morons.. Why even try anymore.

I haven't won anything more than a few tickets here and there. But it is fun to enter tickets for a shot at a great prize. Or just a nice prize to brighten my day. It's going to be my day one day ú

Love the app! Occassional problems with scan feature but saves lots of time entering tickets verses manually.

Every since the last update the app never works. I have to force stop or Uninstall and reinstall to get it to work.

Every single scratcher I scan says it's invalid. I'm scanning the correct barcode. None of them are smudged or creased. This has been ongoing for months. Samsung Moto G Stylus 5G if it matters. I have also tried manually entering numerous times with the same result. Since this seems to have been an issue for months now, I'm also done with the app. No sense in keeping a useless app around to take up more data.

Still having trouble scanning draw tickets. Have to manually enter them over half the time.

I have been trying to get my scanner working to scan tickets for a month. Won't let me scan losing tickets either. Do anybody have any suggestions how to fix the scanner to scan tickets?

Issues with password reset, won't accept my email which has not changed, says must call and you get a machine. Awful.

Overall good. But locks up sometimes and you have to resign in to often

When I win something I get it every time. I have no trouble with the app it's self.

The app made me update it now it's barcode scanner won't work any more

Every time I login and try to scan my tickets in it won't let me it keeps having a blank spring screen,and then I try to reload it nothing happens. Sometimes it scans my tickets but then it doesn't add the points to my account. It's been doing this for a minute now; you would think with all the money they bring in that they would have a state of the art online programming software system... GUESS NOT THOUGH... SMH

Updated. These so-called "Bug" fixes, whatever that means, made this app less reliable, imo. I liked the old scanner with the cross. This "box" thing is ridiculous. Takes much longer to focus for scan to go through. At least the old way gave a beep or vibrate to confirm when it went through. This new app is so annoying. Processing a scan is VERY slow, IF it goes through at all. Please tell me there is another bug fix coming soon. You surely need it!

Super useful for scanning winning or losing lottery tickets and getting points from them. Even though it's nowhere near like it used to be as far as obtaining and spending rewards. But every good thing comes and goes all in all if you're unaware of the changes then this will probably be an awesome app in your opinion and you'll never know what you're missing.

I've had the MO lottery app on my phone for over a year now. It makes it so much easier to enter tickets. And I really love being able to check for winners, just in case I miss something. But the last month the app has been very glitchy. First I couldn't access my account, then it booted me and won't let me log back in. Please please fix this issue so I can use the app again. It's been 3 months and an update, and the app still will not let me log in!!d

Missouri lottery and this app are a joke. First of all, they have made it ridiculously hard to obtain points now. I have scanned thousands of dollars worth of scratchers and have been awarded basically nothing, because they have it now to where you have to couple those with scanning draw games (which I don't play). The prizes for said points are a joke. Both the points system and the prizes need a complete rework. As for the app, it's about a 3 out of 5. It does what you need it to do, but is super clunky even on brand new flagship phones. There needs to be a more streamlined way to scan tickets other than scanning one, then having to hit scan then select draw games or scratcher again. And the buttons are very non responsive. Fix the prize/draw points, the prizes, and make the app work better and I will increase my rating. Until then, you are lucky I'm giving you 2 stars and not 1

Idk who came up with the idea of changing the app, but the person in charge of implementing it should be at the very least demoted until they learn how the software will work. The entire point of this app is you don't have to manually enter your ticket numbers ... well folks, guess what ... that's what you're going to have to do if you want results. Counterproductive!! Oh, wait, that's right, it won't take the scan & you can't always enter the numbers manually either!!! PLEASE FIX IT!!!!!

Adequate. The having to log in/create account just to check a ticket now is very aggravating. It was at star app. Now having to do extra steps to check numbers brought it down to 2 stars, but I do like the way it's laid out. Maybe if I didn't have to log in EVERY SINGLE TIME I want to check my tickets would be a compromise? Also having to click multiple times to check multiple ticket? How about 4 buttons on the main screen? Scan scratchers, scan draw, then the 2 players club ones?

Hope this helps. I've had the same issue with scanning tickets. Scratchers mostly work, sometimes failing when entering into points for prizes. Big problem with draw game scans to check if it's a winner, but points for prizes scan worked fine. I found if I put the ticket on a bright surface, I use a manilla folder, it scans with no problem. Hopefully this makes the app a little more bearable for some folks. Good luck on your tickets!!!

I am having same issue with app. I cant enter for points and says that I need to sign in when I am signed in. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still same issue. Fix problem. Obviously there's an issue. I forget when I started this review but it's been over a month since I last entered tickets. I can't believe they haven't gotten it fixed yet. I know a lot of people who stopped messing with 2nd chance stuff. Really isn't worth it.

It's nice you can an error sometimes here and there. I wish you didn't have to scan your scratchers tickets twice. Other than that the app works pretty good. I also like to build my points up. And I love the Lottery that I can play and take to the store and just scan the barcode I really like that. It's very much worth the try.

Currently I try to scan in a ticket, ANY TICKET, and the App crashes and restarts. This has been going on for over a week now and I have already lost out on the 1st weeks worth of points and prizes I would've received for my wheels spins nd entries. The app also is a bit of a let down because the wheel spins really aren't much to get excited about at all. I feel they could do MUCH BETTER.

The current update Flat Out Sucks! It's taking three to four times as long to scan a single ticket and that's IF it scans at all. It's pretty bad when manually entering ticket numbers is faster. Fixing a glitch such as the app signing off frequently is a more appropriate and needed update, what's been done though.... might as well uninstall the app and go back to using a computer.

Got the app about I'm guessing a year ago/8 months. It was working great I had no issues. December came and the scanner was changed. Now I can't scan any of my tickets properly cuz it doesn't work right. So I deleted the app and was going to redownload it to see if that would fix it. Now it won't let me download it. I am completely frustrated. Whatever you did to the app please undo it! OMG

Being able to scan tickets is a great reason to install the app. Previous update broke that feature, it said scanner not supported on my device. June 2021 update fixed it. Using app to select numbers is nice. You can't purchase tickets through app. User interface could be improved. Several button presses required to perform scan. Often accidently press wrong one.

I agree, I liked the old one better. This one makes you sign in every time you access the app, the are more steps to scanning tickets, my biggest complaint so far is that you can still manually enter your ticket numbers if your entering for points but I haven't found a way to manually check tickets just the ability to scan. Neither of my devices will scan draw tickets. I used the old app a ton for checking draw tickets manually. I hope they try again.

Since the update its nearly unuseable. It won't scan tickets now. Shows an error 99% of the time. I've managed to scan one ticket and I've tried and tried. It has locked up and crashed crashed my phone so badly a few times that I thought my phone was broken. Whoever created and approved this update is evil and should be forced to use T9 for the rest of their lives.
