[Official] Atomy Mobile

I have been using the products for a while and I'm quite satisfied with the quality. Packaging included. However, as a non-korean using the app and products it is always difficult to browse and I cannot use my cards as I'm an international customer. I hope Atomy will open up the app to international customers who buy from the Korean store for international shipping.

Please solve the problem that the application does not open when the language of my phone is in Spanish. 😡

this super good, in Atomy México, you just have to check at the time of registering someone there is a problem if the person has only one name, the application asks two names and on the phones the number of digits are changed, where Tel says he has room to a cell number and on the celular phone, you have only space for a local phone.

I enjoyed this app until I added the latest update. With the latest update the daily commission tab isnt working when I look back further than 13 days. I just hope it can be fixed soon so I can check my mothers account while on the go. Now I have to wait until I get home to check her account. Please fix soon I haven't checked it the same occurs on other functions yet but this one had put a delay on my work. :(

great app, lots of useful tools for clients and representatives, just needs a minor fixes like showing shipping status correctly, it stays as 'on route' even when delivered. other than that so far its a great app ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm from Mexico and not sure if this problem happens to all of you but in the cel number field it doesn't let me input 3 digits in the first square. And in the home phone number it let's you input extra digits. Hope they fix this soon because I can't register people's correct cel number.

So easy to use. Form the 1st screen, almost everything can be reached within 2 or 3 taps. Very well structured.

Please help. I tried to edit my account info and I re-entered the password. And it kept saying authentication is under verification please wait. And nothing shows up after that. I'm unable to edit some important informations

Very functional app! From purchasing products to running business and managing members! User friendly interface so it's easy to learn and easy to teach.

Developer seems to be uninterested & unresponsive despite frequent feedbacks posted by myself & users here on poor functions, eg. frequent crashing, 'error in displaying page', 'unable to load this page, go to main menu', etc. If u have decided to create this app, then you should b concerned abt feedbck & reviews fm users & fm there rectify the issues encountered by users. If u don't bother to resolve issues related to this app, then why bother to create this app in the first place?

Overall it is user friendly for mobile phone user except the payment step. We have to click "Next" after payment approval else we will not receive our goods. It is required additional time and effort to check with the Atomy.

I loved the ATOMY products,not all the products I been trying!!! For the pass two months, I been Trying the calcium plants twice a day!! The lutein for my eyes!! Once a day!! This month of August 21 I been trying the spirulina! With water??? I loved it? Also I tried it with honey? For my face! I tried the coffee,& milk coffee. I tried the pure tea? El hemohim and so on......I think it's very good!!

The application is good. But their customer Care Service is not good. My order dated 6th January 2021 is still not delivered to me. No any kind of Support from ATOMY India. I don't recommend this application until the service becomes good.

Disappointing, Very slow app, not able to add product in cart, also payment failed frequently. Fix this issue as soon as possible.

The search capabilities is poor. Products listed in Shopee platform, when they are searched on Atomy apps it comes back with no result. It is difficult to purchase via this app unless the members are really familiar with thousands of Atomy products.

always log me out automatically. while i want to log in, it says to check my id and password. and my membership doesnt recognized. i can not go in while before Jan 2019, it was still okay. while my upline can check for my id by pc and its still at the system.

Please add option to filter out items that are sold out in the shopping page. Because i noticed a lot of items are sold out. So we don't have to scroll down too much.

I super love Atomy Shopping Mall, given that it is an online mall with an cellphone app like this is very convenient. Plus, the amazing opportunity it gives to consumers😍😊❤️ I felt like I found my true love---just to compare 😁😘
