- Don’t have your pass? No problem. Simply use the app to unlock the bike virtually.
- Start the timer and get an alert before you need to dock.
- Notice a flat tire or other issue? Report any concerns from the app.

The back end still has some very severe bugs, but at least the customer service is good. I had some payment registration problems that resulted in 500 internal server errors, even with a valid card AND a successful hold charged to the card. According to the website and app, my account was suspended not two minutes after the account was created due to invalid payment type. I called customer service and got it reactivated without trouble. Devs, please do a better job of testing your app.
Worst bike rental ever. Only 2 of the seven bikes docked were available and when we went to ride them we noticed one of the pedals was missing on one!!! And the one that was intact did not ride well and had low air in the tires.
Horrible. Hate the app and the product. Too heavy. Was NOT for me.
The app won't even download. 😕
