Official Comic-Con App

I've used this in the past and it worked great! however this year, despite having the correct credentials, I can't login or sync. The rooms aren't listed, just the interactive map is given, but that doesn't seem to work on about half the programs, so where am I going? Looks like I'm going back to the printed schedule. It wouldn't be so bad if they would just update things to list the rooms as text in addition to the map. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing but delete favorites.

Please make improvements, this app was very useful during Con but there was a lot of features that could have really been useful. The Map GUI seems to only work within the Maps tab. It doesn't load after tapping through the mini map on an event's page and a floor level indicator here would have been useful. Also, a digital version of the Quick Start guide should be available within this app even if it's only a PDF.

loved the app the previous years, but this year, so fill of bugs! kept crashing, them wouldn't sync, and god forbid you log out, then you are not able to log back in. the website works, but for 3 days haven't been able to login. Fix this asap, the con is in a few days. we need it!

It won't let me sign into the app to sync my stuff, that wouldn't bother me too much as I could add it manually, but every other thing I click on asks me if I want to sign in and THAT ticks me off. If I could add to my "new" schedule smoothly, or just plain sign in, I would be happy with this app.

I am having the same trouble other Galaxy users are having with the app. I cannot sync with MySched through the app which makes this worthless. I can create a schedule on my computer but that's not helpful for attending the show. What's worse is there is no support or troubleshooting available.

7/18/19 update: the app notified me to download an update, after I did I was finally able to log in and sync my sched 7/12/19: Can't log in to my account, so I can't sync my schedule from the website, where my credentials work just fine, thank you. The app & sync process worked perfectly last year, but total fail after updating for 2019 SDCC. No obvious place to report a problem or to get help. So disappointing and frustrating.

I can't login at all despite my credentials being correct. As it is, the schedule function was already not easy to use. It would be great if you could easily filter by room. The exhibit hall map zoom function was nice, though.

Normally this app is great. I've been using it for years. This year, however, the schedule won't sync. I've checked credentials but it just stays on the Loading screen when trying to sync.

Can't login to sync my schedule from my account on the website. Account works fine on the website. On the app, it just spins/loads forever but never logs in. Really disappointed and there doesnt seem to be any way to fix or report.

app could be better for android users. when looking up specific panels, it'll show them all, but not in chronological order. also the apple version allows you to select which room from one panel you've already find and know.

Having difficulty signing in. username and password 100% correct but says "cannot log in." Tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as resets of phone. when it has worked (in previous years) it was pretty good!

I love using this app. it is easy to navigate. my only issue is that this new update for SDCC 2019 doesn't list room numbers for the program events taking place. very frustrating.

Schedule is awkward. No way to focus on venues like Hall H. Browser version does so i was going to pick my favorites on the browser then sync up the mobile app, except sync on this app doesn't work! Lame

Ummmm. This app doesn't seem to recognize the login information that I use to login to the apps website. Update. We are nearly in the year 2020 and this has got to be one of THEE absolutely worst apps I have ever had the displeasure of trying to use. The web site is no better. This is truly unacceptable in an era of technological advancements. The developer and Comic Con International should be embarrassed.

Have to sign in every time I open it, even when it's updated to Comic Con 2019, and the syncing with my Sched account seems to fail, even though I can login on my computer with no problem.

can't sign in to sync my schedule. just gets stuck on an endless loading loop. tried uninstalling, resetting password, and redownloading to no avail. please fix as sdcc starts soon.

Can't sync because it won't recognize my login credentials, which work fine on the web site. Seems like many users are having the same issue.

When in the schedule, if i click an event, then hit the Android back arrow, the app exits. This makes navigation HORRIFIC. please fix it!

this app is difficult to get around in. the information provided to navigate is not clear at all. my son missed out on the exclusives because he couldn't understand the directions in the message. I cannot check on my wife's acct from my phone despite having her login information. This is a poor website.

The 2019 CCI version will not let me log in! I have even tried re-installing it! It is also telling me that panels with lots of interest are Full and not letting me mark them at all. Pleasebfix this ASAP!!!!

It would make sense to be able to log on and out under settings. I am now unable to login and sync it to the My Schedule app.

I would give this more stars if I could log in. I can login through the website, but when trying with the mobile app I get a continuous "Loading" indicator. Would be great to sync to my online schedule.

no button or section for managing your account. cant log in and sync. looking at blufins exclusive list crashes app. pop up bugs you to create account but then cant log in. junk.
