Official F1 ® App

Looks like the negative reviews got somebody's attention! I was finally able to reinstall the app and can enjoy the improvements that were intended on the previous update. I no longer have to close the app to exit full screen videos, (a big improvement!). It's kind of weird that it jumps to somewhere in the middle of the next video if you don't return to home page, but it is still manageable. On the ROKU issue, their tech support was able to resolve my issue with failure to launch on their app.

(EDIT: Timetable is fixed! 3 stars) Where is the TIMETABLE??? It used to be a solid 3 or 4 star app, but since half way through last season, for some inexplicable reason, the race schedules no longer appeared, just a heading "Timetables" and ads underneath. No amount of feedback seems to motivate anyone to fix this. Now, here we are at the beginning of 2022 season, and still no fix. Let's see if it's done before the start of the first race? If only I could find out what time that is???

Could be a bit better in the ux department. I often time am searching for what I am looking for. But whenever a race is going on its really easy to find what I want. Other thing is that it would be great if we could vote for driver of the day through the app. The articles and videos are great really. I always like the highlights and the drivers interviews.

Great app and easy to use! Great layout and easy to see live practice/qualifying and racing stats! Lots of news on the latest information which is also really helpful. The only issue is the fantasy league is a bit confusing to use, other than that it's really great (luckily you don't have to use this if you don't wish to, so don't panic about this issue if your thinking about downloading!)

It's a pretty good app, but I've seen misleading descriptions that say it has full race replays. Not true if you're looking for video. It only offers video highlights, but full audio replays (BBC). Better off spending a few extra dollars for the TV app if you're looking for full race videos.

I have been a subscriber for three years now, all of a sudden I cannot login. It is as if the app does not recognize my account anymore. I noticed last season that I could not see the full content that I used to see although I'm paying the full subscription fee. I have tried reset password, then I get a temporary password to use, even then it does not want to log me in.

I suddenly can't use the app because update is required. When I tap to update, it leads me to this page but the only option is uninstal or open. Tap open & the cycle begins again. It's literally forcing me to uninstal the app, in the middle of pre session testing! I would otherwise rate the app 4. Tire choices during tests don't really display.

What an appalling app. Main part with news and results etc. works fine but the F1 Fantasy League link is shocking. Resets continually to the first page, doesn't remember you logged in, can't change the cookies settings because the window is bigger than the screen. As a software tester I'd say this was never properly tested. Absolute rubbish

Potential to be a great app with one major flaw - the radio commentary is not at all synced to the race data (e.g. behind one lap). This means I see the overtakes before the commentary announces them which is very frustrating and ruins the experience. If they fixed this would be a great app

Just left a negative review the other day, and then it got worse. The game can't hold a stable connection to it's own servers, and then it penalizes the player for it. If you get disconnected from a career mode race, you need to pay in-game coins to re-enter or you're considered a dnf. I lost two custom liveries I made (not easy to make when the game keeps glitching and disconnecting) each livery cost me 60 in-game coins and now I'm expected to re buy them and remake them if I want them back

Rather a slow app. Always getting notifications despite turning them off. And you have to pay to check out the live timer🙄, as if F1 doesn't have enough money from making us pay to watch. Good thing is, easy to check out the race times. I'd have to say this is the most annoying yet relevant app that I have.

Too many updates within d last 1 month ... App crashing too much ... signing out frequently... also unable to find the right content ... no search bar ... shows old race content which are been passed a month back ... no option to filter content race wise or content wise ... been d same from ages ... too many changes required...

Generally, the articles / posted stories are stale and not replaced with new material often. The same articles can hang around for well over a week between races. Good thing the cars are not this slow.

I love the app it, I feel the whole experience of the grid and the racing. Lately however I cannot access the app it just gives me the message "we're just checking your account" the whole.

It's a decent app for checking the starting time and results but that's about it. Subscribe to view live timings is a bit of a joke - often the last ones to update on breaking news and no coverage for F2 or F3, think it'd be great exposure for them. Got some developing to do

Everything is good, well done! It is easy to use and I really like the calendar feature (you could add all races to your calendar with 1 touch). But I would like to see f1 tv for free, because, they don't show races on tv. Please add this option.

"Sorry, we needed to log you out"... Constant nag, even when trying to log in. There seems to be a big flaw in the log in process. And why not provide a back button in the video player, so one does not have to pull down to find the OS back button? App delivers fantastic content!

This app has so much promise, but since subscribing it is still telling me to subscribe for live timings. I'm not expecting to be able to watch the F1, I know that isn't possible, but I have paid money for absolutely nothing right now. Being able to see the live circuit positions etc is well worth it for £2.29 a month, but not when it's not recognised by the app. No wonder F1 makes so much money if it's taking ot from fans to give nothing in return!

Constantly gives errors that I'm not connected to the internet any time I'm on WiFi, so the app is completely useless on my tablet that doesn't have LTE. My phone has the same issue, but works fine on LTE. It's opening weekend, this needs to be fixed ASAP!

Video playback often doesn't work at all. Pressing the play arrow on a video does exactly nothing. And this is the third year in a row this problem exists. Mind-blowing how this doesn't get resolved.

Terrible app keeps saying I have no Internet connection even though I clearly have as it loads the articles. It's doing this for years. On mobile data and Wi-Fi. Should be fixed by now. Updated to version 11.0.1531, still the same. Pity there is no zero star option.

The user interface is just terrible. Why is it so hard to find something as simple as what time the qualifying starts? I seem to just go back and forth between pages sometimes never finding it. It's also been this bad for ages. Surely over the course of the last few years it could have been improved?
