It's decently useful to train for the exam - but you should definitely also use other sources of questions you can easily find on the internet. I'm giving it two starts for three reasons: - There are a lot of things not trained for - The explanations for answers are far from complete, exhaustive, or clarifying - The exam costs 329 euros through Pearson Vue - most of which I would assume ends up at Axelos and the UK Cabinet Office - and they still have the tenacity to charge people money for this app. Greedy *******
I believe that for this kind of app the most important performance indicator is it's ability to prepare for an actual exam. I have been ITIL certified today and now I can gladly delete this app because it did what it had to do. The only thing worth mentioning is that the questions are pretty repetitive if you're doing 30+ mock exams in a row, so having one more source of questions would prepare you for a 100%
would be better if there was a way to bookmark where you stopped when using the revision cards so that the user is able to go back to that exact spot without going through the cards all over again.
Excellent app, it helped me a lot to get ready for my exam, the mock exams are a great way to test your knowledge and you can review the feedback for those questions you fail. Highly recomended. I wish there was an app for OSA test too.
Don't get this app. Get the study guide from the company here on Amazon. These questions are harder than the test and not a confidence booster. I passed with the book. Simple and clear.
The price and the ratings for this app have me hopes that it would help prepare me for the foundation exam alongnwoth the book. I was wrong! The questions on the exam were nothing like the questions on this app. I do not recommend! Thankfully I still passed, but no thanks to this app.
Good for preparation but don't take as gospel. Ran through mock exams more than 20 times then took real test. Mock questions work really well in ensuring you know the concepts but AREN'T the same as those in the real exam.
I passed my ITIL exam today from primarily using this app. The questions are not an exact copy to the exam but the app structures the questions in an extremely familiar way to the exam. I dont think i would have passed without this app.
Great app!! This will prepare you for the actual exam as the questions are very similar. I used the app along with the study guide and passed with 93%

The practice questions were very representative of the ITIL v3 exam questions. I recommend for anyone taking the exam before it is decommed.
Great App. I passed the exam with 34/40 just by taking all mock test of each section once and 4 extra mock tests.
This app helped with definitions, processes in all the lifecycles. It helped my obtain my ITIL v3 cert
Just bought this app only to be notified that I'll be taking the v4 exam indstead of v3 after February 28th. Will the app update to V4 or will have to pay for it again?

Study Card (Service Management Concepts) Q – Which is the BEST description of an organization? a) Any private company that acts as a service provider b) Any person or group of people that acts as a service consumer c) Any person or Group of people that is responsible for what it achieves d) Any private company or public body (it’s showing that B is correct answer with main reference 2.2. But are you sure? I think C is the correct answer all the way. Please confirm as it seems like an error or wrong answer inserted)
NOTHING PREPARES YOU FOR THE TEST. I spent. Weeks bought this app and info guides from axelos... all a total waste. Exams and practise is not like the test. Thanks for nothing
This app really helps you to pass on actual exam. The questions are tough with rationales, you will learn how to make a critical analysis to ace your certification.
This was a very useful app to prepare for the ITIL Foundations exam! The practice tests in this app are significantly harder than the exam itself was, in my opinion. This was so helpful when I sat down to take the exam.
I didn't thought that this app would be such an excellent one. Answers can be checked after the tests moreover a clear explanation is also provided.To put it simply, it is worth its price.
I pass my exam. Must admit the question is difficult and ask you to do analyst prior answer, but in the day I have capability to analyst each questions. I' m expecting intermediate apps in future. 😄

Why do need to start the practice card from the beginning. You should allow to save and resume for later
Well worth the money. Failure is expensive and this app is cheap in comparison. Very happy I bought it. Passed the first time around but not sure if I would have without this tool.

Good app to help understand the basic concepts
Great app, very nice design, very useful functions and easy to use. This app has also helped me to successfully pass the exam. Questions in this app are mostly different than the ones in the exam, but these questions help you to prepare well. My only recommendation for the app is to have a pause/unpause function while reviewing revision cards, so you will not have to start from the beginning all over again. Thank you developers for this app.
