Just OK. I can get things done eventually, usually after I fight with it. The QR code to get the season ticket member discount regularly doesn't work or expires which requires an app restart. Tickets regularly appear or disappear or require a re-login in order to view.

Terrible interface. My tickets routinely disappear. Can't ever get it to work at the stadium where I need it most! That was 2019. Here we are in 2021 and the app is still horrible. Logs you out at the most inconvenient times, like when you're trying to use the member discount. Tickets will randomly dissappear or you won't be able to put them for sale because the app freezes up. Come on Dolphins! Get it together.

Overall it's good. They made a change this year that is Not good in that you can't screen shot your ticket and today as I was going thru the turnstile it took forever to load my tickets. May be the number of users at one time in which case they need to increase bandwidth ir something. Also had trouble with the wallet to pay for drinks. Very Important. Let's see if they can Eiffel on some odd those issues.

When I initially received my season tickets I was able to access my tickets and wallet, which is needed to receive to food/beverage and retail discounts. Now I keep receiving a message indicating I don't have internet connection which I do. I can't even log in after Uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This is horrible

I generally like the app. It only posts official team announcements. Would like to see other media articles from news outlets and fan sites. The only negative issue i had was the roster was not updated through the season. There can be several transactions throughout the season so i know it can be challenging to keep up (Im sure Maurice Smith and Sam Young know more about this). Gavin Escobar stayed on the roster all season despite being cut in pre-season. Still like the app. 4/5. PHINS UP!!!

As a new season ticket holder, I would definitely give this app a failing grade. Can't log in...period. If I can't log in, then it is unusable. My tickets are trapped in limbo and inaccessible. I expected MUCH better.

App is useless on Galaxy s9+. All it does is restart. App does not work. No idea how this hasnt got fixed. Game 1 2019 was a nightmare. They began allowing everyone in because app woulsnt work and ushers not checking for same reason. Still a 1 star. (NOTE 10+)

Been a Dolfan since 1968, win or lose. Great app, convenient, informative and refreshing. Wish I was back in the Gables, Wouldn't need the app, since I'm not, it's a massive plus to be updated with the Fin's progress and news.

I have spent many years during off seasons just waiting and hoping for any little tidbit of Dolphins info. Now thanks to this Miami Dolphins app, I can stay up to date all year round on anything that is going on with my team. It has been a blessing and a pleasure, a pleasure and a treasure. Thanks Dolphins. Keep it going. Phins Up!

I deleted and redownloaded, cleared the data and cache. It still isn't showing me my tickets. I have to transfer to my friend sot Sunday but how can I if I can't access my tickets. How can I attend the game if the app is glitching DAYS before a game. That says it's not because too many people are using the app. That it's just faulty app. SMH. So how are we going to attend the game

I purchased Miami Dolphins season tickets which are accessible via the Miami Dolphins app. I am unable to sign on to the app after entering my email and password, it just goes back to the sign on page. I now have to figure out who to reach out to for help...which isn't easy.

Really great app. Has a lot of information, press conferences and news. Love the photos. Also easy access to my personal choices, tickets, schedule and players.

It was good, especially since it was Draft Day. Still exploring the site, the menu button is not obvious but still checking out everything.

This app have been giving me problems since I became a season tickets holder back to 2019. Three years later and still not resolved. It actually got worse. I reviewed as a 3 star in 2019 now I can definitely say that it's a 1 star. It would be a 0 if I had that option.

A total mess. Links do not go to correct article. Update: five months later app appears to be working much better. Just in time for the season. Go Phins.

Die hard 'phanatic in Ohio since 1971. The ONLY thing left on my bucket list is to be at HARD ROCK STADIUM for a home game before I die. Had many severe health issues and turn 60 before next season, and this app keeps me up to date. Thank you! Dave Howard 🐬's☝️

Only way I can use the app is to continue without an account. Won't let me sign up or sign in. Sent me link to reset my password, think me to a non-working page. Love my Dolphins, but the app - not so much. Still needs work.

Like others, Hometurf doesnt work, it goes to an endless loop. I uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing. All other tabs work. FRUSTRATING. FIX THIS!

Can't login. Just keep getting a blank screen. Terrible app, goes nicely with the way the team played last weekend. Go figure.

Terrible app, doesn't work properly thats exactly why I'm not renewing my season tickets to dolphins. It wont allow you to sell the tickets you cant use, garbage app, do not recommend this junk app

The biggest garbage appni have ever used. If i wasn't a ticket holder I would never use it. When you try to sell your tickets it never works. I think you need to check and correct this app.

Easy, not difficult to use at all. Good graphics, access all Dolphin Team activities with ease. Nice app to have.

Never works when you need it most ... at the gate, at the concessions, at the team store. Have to wait outside of stadium, sometimes we'll into the 1st quarter until it recognizes my season tickets. Absurd.

The worst app ever goes down game day have to stand in long lines to beg for tickets that were paid for a year ago cannot get in app most times .Cant add payment to wallet to recieve discounts just a victim for one more season.

App is good, but WiFi at Hard Rock can be a bit flaky especially at Concession Stands, please let your infrastructure team know about that.

Last version told me I didn't have internet connection.. this version gives me a blank screen. Terrible experience as a season ticket holder.
