Official Redskins App

Used to be my favorite go to app, but for like the last month or so, the video playback has not worked at all. So frustrating. It seems like it goes through this phase quite a lot. It'll work fine, no problems for a bit, then all of sudden it just stops playing videos for like months at a time. No problem playing ads though smh. Last update was on March 26th, let's get it together here!

This is probably the worst app I have ever used. First, I had to use the app because I was sent digital tickets which cannot be printed. So, I order to use the tickets, I had to download the app and use the app to receive and use my tickets on game day. Just getting the tickets onto the app was a 45 minute chore. And then, working with customer service was even more of a nightmare because they were unable to find my tickets. In the end, they reset my entire account and reloaded my tickets. In short, terrible app, terrible process, and terrible customer service. I plan to delete this app as soon as the game is over!

How do you do a complete overhaul of the app and not fix the main issue. The app looks a lot better but I still can't watch the media playback. One of the main reason for having this app I still cannot watch press conferences or anything. Please don't tell me this is an indication of how our season is gonna go. Did a complete overhaul and still can't get right.

Great info and the rebranding is in sync with the team. However, when opening news articles the legacy logo fills the screen. What gives Washington? Finish the job please. Update 9.24.20: kudos to the WFT, looks like the old logo has been removed from the article transitions. I am upgrading my rating.

Just opened the new, updated app. It still won't play videos and rather than showing the articles in the app it opens them in my browser so I might as well use the website. I've now uninstalled this.

Garbage like the team. Keeps asking me to sign back in because it doesn't remember my log-in. Have to uninstall then reinstall the app in order to sign in. After 3 months and they still can't fix this.

Unable to use app after upgrade. Home screen freezes on my Verizon Samsung. App worked prior to upgrade. Unable to have my ticket scanned. Waiting for upgrade fix.

Im pretty sure that the negative reviews are from Cowboy, Eagle, and Giants fans. I downloaded this app on every phone I had since this app came out, and I have failed to be dissapoonted every time. This app is great to stay up to date with current roster moves and changes. Ive never tried to stream a game because like most Americans I watch my games at home on game day, in person, or I record them on my dvr. I hope this helps persuade you to download this app and love everything redskins. #HTTR

Garbage app. I am season ticket holder and have not been able to access my tickets through this app. I was able to use the app during pre-season but since week 1 it's been useless. I guess it keeps in line with the game day environment and Snyder, all trash.

This app is the worse. I'm a season ticket holder and I have to uninstall then reinstall it every game day in order to get my tickets. There should be a no stars option.

Same problem as others. Blank screen when I open ticketing page. After it was fixed there are still problems with the app. Can't sell tics

Absolutely trash app, doesn't even let you log in once session expires Please let me log in without having to reinstall the app.

Great when it works. But not being able to access my tickets when I need them is a huge bug. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app now. Please fix

I can't access my tickets now. Worked before upgrade. AT&T Samsung. I have to login on a web browser at the gate with slow connectivity and people behind me waiting impatiently. Unpleasant experience...

I luv the app but, I constantly have issues with the video playback. I would love to view the press conferences and other videos. Is this a known issue, or is it just me?

Uninstalled the app and the app is doing worse than before. It's constantly flashing. Unable to view any content.

Really poor app. . . Not a good look for a team with so many more issues. If you can't get the app to work right, don't have much faith in the ability to turn the team around.

Got to the event was unable to access all of my tickets went through the downloads supposedly saving the tickets prior to the event they seem to be confirmed I've never had so much confusion entering an event it was very uncomfortable

I can't access my season tickets. Everything else works on the app, but not my account. Highly frustrated!

Still broken. You can watch a 30 second add, but then the WFT video will not load or play. Anyone reading these comments and working on the problem?

Can't update in Play Store and can't use the app until I do. Keep getting caught in a loop, between app and play store. Needs attention from app developers.

This app is horrible, be prepared to waste alot of your time trouble shooting. They should of never gotten rid of hard tickets, another disappointment....

After update couldn't access tickets. All having this problem delete app re-download and it works.

Simply can not get it to play audio. Samsung S9. There are no other ways to get ESPN 980. FIX IT!!!

I am unable to access my tickets. When I tried to contact the developer, the system identified me as spam. There seems to be no way to use my tickets.

You're supposed to be able to get the game live streamed but it always blacks out. So disappointing.
