Offline Dictionary Universal

Excellent app. Gives different meanings and composes sentences with the word to make understanding and usage easier. The audio also helps a user to know the correct pronunciation of each word.

It's an amazing app ... But the only one thing that is in dire need to be added in it is that one must be able to have the starred and important notes after reinstalling the app or on changing mobile phones... And I guess it can only be done by signing up the app... Kindly do add this sign up module in the app

This is one of the best dictionaries I have ever had. It has extraordinary, it is just unique. If you are in search of words solutions, download this app and your problem will be solved. Many thanks to the developers. I'll recommend that you add more illustrations.

It's really good you can use it anywhere anytime without the need to look for internet connection, while getting accurate definitions for words that aren't commonly used these days... So keep up the good work and save your language whether or not it's your tongue

I have used this App for over a decade now and it is still giving me the optimal and utmost satisfaction. It is user friendly and has manoeuvrable functions. It is a dictionary hub to say the least. I encourage the avid readers to use it. No other App I know of can serve you better than it.

Tap to translate became useless i used to use it with ebook reader, 1 tap to show the pop up meaning, now when i tap the word i have to wait long time the main app showin first then the pop-up window, g trans working great with the same reader so i think the problem with dict box please fix it of possible.

The most feature-rich dictionary app for android wrapped up in a great UI, the main standout features are the vast add-on offline dictionaries and choices for online search. It also has a reasonable price to upgrade.

Actually it's a great Dictionary, I've downloaded it before, it was really amazing and useful, but now becomes os bad, because if I don't have internet, it won't find out the sound, I'm so angry about that. I hope to resolve this issue as soon as.

Outstanding reference tool. Available w little notice, convenient and thorough. Invaluable while you are on a webpage, reading an ebook, reviewing email, etc. Anywhere that there is text, you can highlight/select something and investigate it. No longer will you let a term or expression go by without knowing all that you wish to know about it and quickly. Highlight a term, click the Dict Box option, and you instantly get an answer. Then jump right back into reading all in a few seconds.

It's a really good app, there are a few things I would change but overall it's simple and easy to use. I don't use the built-in translation feature because I don't think it's that good, but the feature that translates you copy text actually quite good. Also the feature where you can look up definitions by highlighting words is also good. One of the I would add is a section for prefixes, suffixes and root words.

I'm impressed, covers almost all words and some terms. Good app. The best thing is, it can be used offline. No app is perfect to me so 4 stars is as good as it gets

This dictionary is absolutely exceptional so far from my end. it defines words and give multiple examples for a clear understanding of the word.

The possibility of listening all your listed words in a sequence, rightly pronnounced, makes all the difference. Only two things lacking to this app to reach perfection as the dream learning tool: the option of creating lists beside the existent ones and also being able to choose any picture to be stored with words, besides the limited number of pictures pre-selected and offered as options.

wow 😳 amazing 😍 app I can't believe it that this is a bad dictionary, because it have 3 best quality... 1) show offline results. 2) all in one app. 3) different voice option.

It is very fantastic dictionary. I have been using it for 5 years, it has every option. But there is a very big problem and that is, that it seldom shows very abusive ads and my mobile is very clean from these such things but then also it shows me vulgar ads. Therefore, I request the developers to solve this problem. Otherwise this app deserves 5 stars Thank you.

This dictionary is very helpful for every levels of students. For more helpful, i would like to give a suggestions and indeed, it would be more helpful for the users. Being a human, our mind memorise only Pictorial representation of anything and storie.Therefore, it links some images in our mind. Absolutely, stories of every word is impossible while adding a picture with every word is possible. Being a permanent User, i would suggest you to add pictures with words if possible. Best Regards.

It is a very fine and best app for dictionary users, language learners, and vocabulary enthusiasts. However, the app has only one drawback: lock screen word keeps the display ON. It must be fixed. The display should normally turn off as the user has set it to turn off. Keeping display all the time consumes a lot of battery.

Best offline dictionary available if you're studying a less popular language like Portuguese. I need offline mode in the subway when there's no cell signal and most dictionary apps require a connection. Additionally, the fact that you can search multiple dictionaries at once is a huge selling point for me, very often I want both an English-Portuguese translation dictionary result and a Portuguese dictionary result as well since often the word doesn't have an exact translation.

Good enough to use.it provide all the features which we need to search all synonyms,meaning definition etc.

Very good design, almost every language, works great. Have this problem that when I select a word in a script and tap Dicbox in the pop-up menu, it does not take that word in its search box. Please fix it.

I used this dictionary for almost 6 years now, and it never been worse. While it has more features now, it's become an ad app more than a dictionary app. Ads went crazy after each update. Popup ads that refuse to go silent unless you mute your phone, ads that will freeze and refuse to go, ads ads ads. It was once the greatest dictionary, and I learnt a lot from it.

Its absolutely helpful dictionary, you can open the dict box over while using any other app.

Very useful offline dictionary with so many languages and dictionaries to choose from. I like how it can even quickly link to many online resources for further references to the words I'm looking up. I had some issues and was quickly resolved by contacting the customer support. Great experience.

The dictionary is very good. But I prefer to pay for the work of dictionary writers. Just because these dictionaries are found on the Internet does not mean that they are free. Pleco app is a good example because I buy every dictionary I want separately with the assurance of a license. Of course, it is really amazing that with $ 12.99, all these dictionaries are available. Best paid apps I has puschased so far. There are some recommendations to devs for the better functions in the future if available: +Dark mode enable option. +Searching words with sugesstion/correction function in the search bar. + Word reminder notification should have a "delete" option besides "later" and "memorized" button.B/c the dict automatically remembers every characters in the clipboard, so sometimes there are not words, but instead links or phone number are accidentally remembered

The pop-up translation doesn't work on my mobile phone and this issue has made this app unusable to me.
