Offline Ledger

Using it for few years happily, Like it very much. Simple and straight forward. Recent update added an option to transfer bet the ac and a nice summary at the end of page, input window improved too, it is very thoughtful of the developers; though I was habituated with the old style :D Please donot make it complicated for the sake of improvement :) I use the manual backup, no problem in that. But it would be very nice if you add cloud backup option too. Keep up the good work :)

I have been using this app for a little over a year and this app is making my budgeting 100% easier. Even though the instructions are not that easy to figure but the trial & error; I figured it out. The app is a true life saver for my budgeting needs. Since my last rate; the new update was a little disappointing; it threw me through a loop to figure but it was a little confusing 2 figure out the new update but after 10 minutes I figured it out. I still love this app; by far the best ledger app.

Love the app. 0 ads, simple and to the point. Allows me to very simply manage my finances. I have only one suggestion, and that would be to slow the deletion of accounts without removing related transactions from connected accounts. For example, I paid off a debt and since I no need the account present in my list of things I deleted it. but that removed the transaction/transfer history from my checking accountand has completely goofed up my up to date balance and now I'm scratching my head.

My phone was working fine. I installed Offline Ledger and it looked nice. Got out of Offline Ledger and went to pay a bill at my bank via phone. I could not! The phone was acting weird. I tried everything. Shut down phone, reboot, cleaned and nothing. In top of everything else, ALL of my emails got marked as "IMPORTANT". Huh?! Had to fix all of those. It was easy. It took a lot of work but my phone is now back to normal after I removed it.

Nearly perfect. I would love to see Weekly time interval option, An Option to default to one ledger (so as soon as the app opens it goes to that ledger, since I only want to use one), and default to negative numbers on entries. Those 3 things would make this my perfect ledger app. Thanks!

Works very good especially compared to the other money apps on the play store. The only thing I had a problem with is getting money instead of paying money. There is a - buttin, if you click it then it turns into a + and makes an incomming money transaction. Very basic and just what I was looking for

Does what it is supposed to do. Down to the T. No signing in. No internet reliability. No fuss. Simple. To the point. Works just like a written ledger and is exactly what I want. I use it in tangent with the written ledger of my company so I don't have to carry my ledger or remember things on the go. Perfect.

Great app, really loving it. Can you add the feature to transfer some amount between two accounts. Ex: withdraw cash from main account or transfer money from main account to separate account. I am very pleased and excited. Finally found an app that works on my tablet with keyboard, it works both vertical and horizontal. Had a hard time finding one that works both vertical and horizontal on the tablet.

This app is absolutely perfect for our needs. No frills. No account needed. Very quick and easy to add income or expense. Perfect for an envelope budget, with each "account" being an envelope.

I've been enjoying this app for quite some time and it's nice to not have to carry a paper ledger with me any longer. I can mark future bills and the math is already done for me. The only request I'd make is that the newest items occur at the top of the page so I don't have to scroll. Thank you for this great tool!

Sometimes SIMPLE is all you really need!! Easy to edit, easy to delete transactions. Not dependent on an internet connection or a required login. For Simple minded people that just need to know how much they are spending in a day and what what they're balance is!

EXCELLENT App. NO Ads. No Permissions, No problems. This App is so simple. Setup my accounts, added Payees, Categories and sub-Categories. Entered transactions to bring accounts to date. Backed-up file. Loaded App on Other device. Shared backup with Other Device. Opened App on Other Device and ran restore. This brought Other Device current. No setup required on Other Device. No internet required. This is data storage only, no interactions.

Works exactly how you'd expect. No issues, and easily understood. I'd bump it to 5 star if there was a way to see all transactions made under specific categories and payees; would make it perfect. (Also some color customization never hurts)

It would be nice to add deposit options to accounts instead of having to add another account and "transferring" said money to the account you want. It just feels busy. Other than that i like the app.

can i get back my data that was lost w/ last chrome update? why wasn't there a warning? at least i would have known. how can i find it if it is still installed? if i can get my ledger back, i'll give this a 5. cause i've really had it going on .. enjoyed it working the way it did: OFFLINE. U can't print anything or even see the big picture. AFTER 80 HRS OF DATA ENTRY U have nothing to show for UR time. The app developer recommends to download as a CSV file. What? R U kidding me? Most people can't do anything w/a CSV file unless U turn it into a spreadsheet. What is the point of the app? U might as well start w/a spreadsheet. The idea behind the app is to have a ledgers, not a spreadsheet, right? This app is a joke! What a royal waste of time!! Trust me, just find another app!!!

Very good app no ad no permissions but work for me very good. Date and time auto fixed which to be changeable. Overall is good.

I've been using this app for a while and really like it. The latest update is great apart from the summary. Would love to see an option in settings to be able to disable it.

Maybe I've not had enough coffee, but I'm not finding a way to add in a deposit, such as a paycheck. If I can't do everything I would in a regular checkbook, this is of no use to me.

Just downloaded a few days to use & LOVE it! Thankyou for still believing that SIMPLE can still give you best result. Life is too rediculously difficult by human own making with self inflicted stress.To me this is the best app of this kind that I have used in my 60yrs alive!! Simple & best result. Nothing online -thats the BEST. Keep it up. Thankyou again.

Brilliant app. Simple to use and has Backup and restore which is great. Completely free with no ads. Is it possible to have the app password protected in any future update please. Thank you.

Its a great app and add free which is very nice. but the one downfall is it doesn't give u a total amount for all your accounts.

Only suggestion would be to add recurring transactions - ie. I get student loans every week and it is annoying to add them manually since they are paid automatically. Same goes for rent

Looking forward to the functuon that can export to Excel files. Simple is perfect.

Simple and easy, yet with all you need. Plus no odd permissions and totally offline. Thank you!
