Offline Urdu Lughat – Urdu to Urdu Dictionary

Only thing I wish the app had was being able to paste text in the search engine. Let's say, if the meaning of a term has an advanced word, I might want to look up that word. To do this, I can copy it, but can't paste it in the search engine. I have to remember the spelling and type it out. Otherwise, I love everything about the app! Especially the scripture - it's crystal clear, not like the weird smudged font style that you'd see on the internet or Google translate. Love the voice search too.

It is a very useful dictionary of in Urdu language. easy to use, detailed description about every word. One more thing, it is faster. But need to add every word of Urdu, cursor should be visible in search box.

This app is amazing. It tells the meaning and show you the sentence in which it canbe used. It also tells synonymous and English meaning as well. It doesn't end here . It tells the related words of searched word.

I am using it , I think it is fantastic! l used to search many difficult words on it,and the thing I mostly liked....💜 about it is that it also gives us English of searched word also.

A beautiful app. But still need to pure and beautify the detail portion of dictionary. For example the brackets of reference name is not at close due to which person get confuse that which is reference name and which is reference line.

U know what? Honestly this dictionary feels like a treasure.. it just totally solves all my problems which I encounter when reading urdu!! I love it.. seriously there are not many urdu dictionaries on internet especially offline ones which are going to provide u full meanings but it has that quality so I love it.. Thank you for the app! ¶ Icon's logo and interface should be simple and attractive so that it looks beautiful. ¶ Provide an option so that user can use phone's keyboard. ¶ Add more words/entries. ¶ Provide more synonyms of every words with the help of firoz ul lughat. Shukriya

It is an excellent app but I think graphics could be made better.There should be some synonyms and antonyms of every word.And there should be some poetry of a word in Persian and Arabic. Description can be improved.

Very much useful and easy to find words meaning. but when a word from urdu news paper is copied & pasted in search to find its meaning, maximum times it dosn't work.

I am in impression that this is the best efforts any has done for promotion of Urdu language. In current era when everyone is following English like a mad and they are doing their best efforts to make English available in every corner of the world. Similarly we too can do this. It's great app that it works great, any word can be found easily and with full explanation, almost every word exists.

mashallah , this dictionary is very useful and helpful. but , i have a complaint about it . it's keyboard is very gross. you must change it . or you should give us choice to use our own keyboard. okay thanks.

Copied content. Some other lughat apps have absolutely, 100%, same content! Those 'other apps' are also plagiarists. Also, it could have been much more professional in terms of UI. Some of these are plagiarist producers using exactly the same content are: EagleTech Apps (this one), appsvo, ifocusapps, Urdu Lughat. I don't believe any of them is not a plagiarist, because of the unprofessionalism and undedicated-ness I see in their work.

It is one of the best Urdu and English dictionary. It's so helpful for everyone specially students. The best thing is that it is offline and almost every word or everything thing is available in this dictionary, the function of the URDU POETRY is available... this dictionary is working good. It is so helpful for every student

One thing that is important is #PronunciationOfWords. This feature needs to be added. Otherwise the app is #VeryGood and a great favour to our national language.

Must have for all people who want to learn Urdu in depth and expand their vocab along with short phrases and origin of words from mother languages like Turkish , Arabic ,Persian and Hindi . Google Voice search is very convenient

I think this is one of the best app I found in Play store. Good for students as well as teachers. Great effort has made by developper.

At the end of each word's discription you get english words for that. And this feature is highly helpful. Infact a bonus. Keep it up👍

Thing is good especially translation from Urdu to eng and eng to Urdu is good but the problem is that it uses the default key board that is not good many letters are not found on that key board so suggestion is that you must change the keyboard setting please ..thanks

I salute to the developers of this app for their amazing contribution to Urdu language . The app is so user friendly and the dictionary side is as good as any top of the list English language Dictionary. I will be happy to pay for this app.

Its an excellent app for urdu vocab learers. You can find the meaning of a word only one click. No need to search words on pages. Superb

It is a very good app. Easy to use with good details in Urdu. If it had English translation as well it would have been excellent.

Tried many apps. This is one of few that does the work in a user friendly and effective way. Give meanings of Urdu words and even translate them to English

It's a good lughat but it's giving many meanings we are confuse because many meanings just pot 1 meaning . otherwise it's to much good i like it it solved my meany problems i entreat u dear just pot one meaning some how I'm confused because of meany meanings so i love this lughat i like it

Very nice app.but the woman narrator voice process is too much slow.it takes 5 to 10 sec when she speaks. please fix this issue.

This dictionary is very useful for every urdu wisher try this I download and I know a lot of difficult urdu words. It gave the meaning in detail you can easily understand.
