Unable to program or set the intensity in strength in the beginning . I press up plus +sign on 4d or other such as strength or speed. Nothing happen. Normally we sit on chair and sleep soon. We want to finish personalize setting quickly and stop watching the screen (to sleep and relax). In additions no help manual explains the function of this app. I see the map diagram till now no ideal what is it for due to lack of help explanation.
The massage is fabulous, the app is garbage. Doesn't remember positioning based on user. Face recognition doesn't work. Makes you pick you're shoulder position every time you start a program, and starts before you confirm it, even if you're moving it. Thinking about down grading chairs to not have to use this app.
The chair itself is fantastic.The only downside to the chair is that you HAVE to use this app to access most of the chair's programs.The app is supposed to let you adjust the heck position,but doesn't respond and closes the adjustment window without you doing anything.I've had problems with the app recognizing the chair's Bluetooth.Even though I can see the Bluetooth through the tablet's menu, the app doesn't see it. For a 10k massage chair, I expect a whole lot more out of the "controller"
The app works great on a tablet but the UI is messed up on my Note 20 Ultra 5g. The bottom tool bar is covering the bottom controls and there's no way to scroll. Really want to use this on my phone...
Can't use on samsung s20 ultra. All the bottom line cut off
DOES NOT WORK ON ANY CELL PHONES! Just got my $10,000 massage chair and the app doesn't allow you to connect to Bluetooth because the grey tool bar at the bottom blocks the connect button. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS! It's not that hard people. Do it.
Chair is okay, app is absolute garbage. App being the only way to control the chair makes the chair absolute garbage. Don't buy.
Poorly designed program. The resolution is not compatible on samsung smart phones (samsung note 10+, s10+) the option below is hidden and overlapped with another option. Useless app
Could be better, hope for updates. Intensity is programmed and can't be changed in UI. It only works in spot mode.
Great chair. App is terrible. The app no longer allows me to connect to the chair Bluetooth. The tablet connects but the app doesn't recognize the connection
Am using samsung note 8. At the main menu of this OGAWA AI MASTER APP, the 4 circular buttons below the Massage type Options are covered by the main menu bar. Pls correct the UI. The massage chair is EXCELLENT though. But This interface app needs some work.
Keep getting a 500 error when opening the app. The program still connects to the chair and the presets work, but can't load users, history or custom programs.
The app worked fine for a month, now it won't connect to the chair. The chair is visible on all other devices except my Samsung tablet that came with the chair. Making my chair the biggest most expensive paperweight I've owned. No one answers the phone at the support line.
Cant even use the app since the bottom is blocked by the inproper resolution of the app. Cant get past the connect screen. Piece of sht
Unable to connect to the machine due to incompatible screen resolution which doesn't allow me to select which Bluetooth connection to connect to.
The User profile Birthdate can only go back to 1970. Seriously, failing at something this basic is just very irritating.
APP DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. PAID SO FOR THIS AI VERSION EXPECTING GREAT EXPERIENCE. I DID NOT. FIX THIS APP!!!
Bad App for expensive Ogawa AI. My favourite 'STRETCH' programme does not work. Very disappointed. I regret buying the Ogawa AI. Should buy the Ogawa Master plus instead.

Today have my new AI Ogawa massage chair deliver but app can not use. So sad for $10800 SGD AI MASSAGE CHAIR. PLEASE FIX IT ASAP

Apps was not ready to use
very frustrated
Able to connect the chair to the app and start massage programs. But once the massage starts all the icons in the app flash and are unresponsive, making it impossible to adjust strength levels, etc. Bug needs to be fixed
