The app should save the audio automatically if the phone battery dies. I turn my smartphone off while recording and when I tuned it back on. Nothing was recorded / saved. :(

Must have in today's environment!
App was marginal at best. I had trouble getting it to play back a recording. Plus ALL DAY LONG, it wanted my Location to be on! WHY??? I'm not being pulled over...I will turn it on when I activate the App! I gave up yesterday...When an App, a person, or anything gets THAT CONTROLLING, it's gone from my life!!! (uninstalled) Sorry
