Paid to read the script, but point is not updated. So I just paid and cant get anything.
Can't create account. Only the login option for existing accounts is available.
Bought 100 points, but received only 22, they also disappeared in several hours. And long time ago the app stopped saving my progress, so I had to answer all the questions every time I used the app.
I liked it untill I couldn't log in anymore. I sent an email to customer service. If you guys fix it, I will adjust my review
The app is very good but my points don't get updated.. I still haven't got many points after watching the adds. Please fix that.

I purchased 1,000 points 3 days ago but never received the points on my account. I tried contacting the app developer but never received a reply.

Excellent app, but it would be better if you could add furigana on the scripts. And also the translator function doesn't work.
Bugs seemed fixed. Would be better if there was a way to see what is completed, past scores and not an annoying ad at the end of an exercise.
Excellent! My only complain is the speaking way for the N4 practice, is way too slow.
Seriously? I bought to remove ad, THEN I was subjected to video ad which I CAN'T SKIP??? Is this some kind of SCAM?
There are many off-putting aspects. The initial login is strange and unwarranted. The point system is also a bit strange and in US currency only. The audio quality is somewhat poor. Be aware, if you buy the remove ads option, you will lose all your accumulated progress. However from my initial use, the app has obvious utility particularly if you're doing the JLPT. So going forward there is much to improve, and I hope the makers take on the feedback to improve.
i like it except that the points suddenly go zero at some point. u need to reset and do the assessments all over again.
A very helpful app, but numerous bugs spoil the impression. Points disappear all of a sudden. After I reboot my phone they appear again, but it's impossible to buy scripts. I have to reinstall the app again and again so that it worked properly. It's inconvenient.
1) Is an online app, that asks for your e-mail to login. Would prefer an application that runs on the Android or to not ask for e-mail address. 2) Will ask to buy options from within the app, which is scary. Better to up front have a no-add and full access application on Google Play. 3) As for content, that's good, so give give 3 stars. Good mobile prep for JLPT test, but its design is weird.
Its decent, however I've done every free thing I could and I never got my points for all the things I did. My points are in the 200s and I should have 2000+ but they never come, and no one answers my reports
When the choices are too long, I can't scroll down and I end up not being able to see the last one.
Great app for practicing listening and reading. You can earn enough points by doing the studying to get rid of ads and unlock the scripts for reading. Start With kana to earn a good amount so you don't have to spend $$.
I purchased full points still script view not opened. Please fix the problem.
A lot of listening practice tasks are available for free. The transcript may cost some money, but the audio quality is so good I could transcribe in hiragana & look up new words myself. The only downside is that developers never updated the app for 1 year+ already, but I really like the practice and hope for more new content. Also, this app is bugged in my Xiaomi Max 2 phone because it requires external storage permission, but my SD card writing rate is so slow that the app hanged. I wish the devs could make this app automatically switch to internal storage upon encountering problems with external storage access so that I need not remove my SD card whenever I use this app.
