OHHO Express: Online shopping app

Total scam. They sent me the free sugar that was promised with first order. But never sent the sugar I purchased. The delivery man told me that it will be sent on next order. Why should I order again when my first order remains incomplete? Even there was no refund. Also deliver was delayed by one days , even after requesting multiple times in phone.

Worst app I have ever seen. Don't buy anything from them, all products are duplicate & after buying if someone wants to change or try for refund it will be not possible as they don't give no such offer nor it was directed to refund and that's their policy. Why they cheat common people like that? I personally faced such problems , so I aware other people to be careful before purchasing.

After the initial experience (hence one star!), the situation has improved a lot now... they still have some problems with delivery of the frozen items and with updating the "order status" section of their app... but the good thing is that they are always contactable and take steps (including refund of non-delivered items) promptly... as a new start up, they are making a good progress, I must admit... Hoping to give a 5* in near future!!

Overall a handy experience. The items available here is a good range. Have to have a close watch on deals. App content, app stability and Product listing are good with a wide variety. I ordered a body lotion, they delivered as soon as possible and I don't need to worry about the genuinity of the product that I want to order. Thank you Ohho.

I placed an order on the app expecting a normal experience instead it is turning into a nightmare of a choice. The delivery i received was late as well as incomplete . Four items were not delivered and they never mentioned anything on the app order section nor by any means of communication.The products delivered are different from what is shown on app.Feeling cheated,frauded of my money and trust . Refund not yet received.

I had the worst experience with this app. I will recommend all of you out there , don't install this app they don't proper items at proper quantities and even in certain cases they just delivered different items which I didn't order at all. I even complained about it ,but there was no response from their side. This is one of the worst app I ever used.

Wonderful app. I've been using this app for a whilr. Now I don't to out to buy monthly grocery. Now, I can but all the stuff want anytime of the day , even at night. Last week I ordered 5 kgs of different kind of vegetables and I must say those vegetables were fresh and packed nicely. Thanks Ohho for making it so easy and reliable.

Installed - tried to use - uninstalled. I am a frequent shopper at online grocery stores. Have used almost all apps. With Ohho there were big claims and offers were mentioned in their ads but when I tried to place an order even above Rs. 2000 I did not get any discount or offers. My other apps for groceries are better with offers as there is more clarity about offers. Uninstalled the app.

The rates of almost all items are much higher in comparison to other grocery apps. Bug issue needs to be fixed. Needs more working to grab the market. Although it's my own reviews which may vary from others.

Online shopping of groceries is not an easy thing. but when you shop at Ohho Express it looks so much easy. You can choose from so many brands available for your grocery items. Their prices are also fairly reasonable.

Order No.. OHE#20008034, only few of the items have been delivered within specified time. Very unsatisfactory experience 1) Only part of the whole items have been delivered. Although full order was prepaid. No official communic 2) Although part order is being delivered, delivery executive insisting on signing the bill consisting all the items. This is fraudulent. 3) Not being allowed to tally the items with the bill at the point and time of delivery. 4) Customer care number totally inoperative.

They steal money from their customers. After your order with successful payment, they won't deliver you properly...They don't return the money also if not delivered. Products they deliver are degraded. Worst app, worst service. Try other online shopping, but not this one! Never!!!

The app is very organised. It's easy to find and add items in the cart. There are various items in each of the categories and also the the delivery is fast.

If you are planning to compete with companies like grocers or big basket, you need to have the basics corrected- 1. The app is pathetic. It doesn't give you estimated delivery date or current status. Instead ,it shows items have been delivered in 2019 when I actually placed the order yesterday. Funny !!! 2. There is no customer care to call if you have any query. I have invested 4500 rupees to order groceries however till now I don't have the slightest clue if my orders will be delivered.

Superb experience. Was actually impressed to see the variety of fishes they have. The items delivered were very nicely packed and of good quality. Would recommend this app to everyone. Overall great experience!

Very very bad experience on first delivery itself. Delivery recieved after 24hrs as scheduled. Delivery completion message was recieved much before the actual delivery was made. Moreover one item was not delivered. Refund was promised for that particular item but not yet recieved. Not ordering anything from here is preferable.

This app is good. Thank u for launching this in this time. It's really helpful for everybody. Though in our area others app are not available for vegetables , fish , chicken and mutton. We really appreciate this. Delivery boy's are very decent and soft spoken well person. Few cons are there like please add more biscuits and vegetables.

Apparently they are not replying, their customer care not available currently. I tried emailing you, and received no response from you. This is regarding an order partially delivered. I received good service and good quality of items. Though grocery items price can be little lower like market shop.

Online shopping of groceries is not an easy thing, but when you shop at Ohho Express it looks so much easy. You can choose from so many brands available for your grocery items. Their prices are also fairly reasonable.

Slowest app. After installing it already took 10 minutes but still it's not opening. It seems without performance testing, app has been launched. Requesting team to please improve performance. Thanks!!!

The special combos were really the shows topper and made our Sunday. The food was good and served hot. Even the delivery was free and on time. We look forward to order more from Ohho Express!!

Horrible experience in my first order..you have to order minimum of 600/- to place an order. With that they will also charge 49/- delivery charges. I ordered parshe and folui fish. I had to through the parse in dustbin due to very bad odour.. and the folui fish was supplied from very old stock which was also not usable. Total wastage of money.. they don't even refund in account. The money will be kept in ohho express wallet. So I didn't applied for refund.

Very good quality products & service also. In first time, I just love it.

Horrible experience on first order. 1. Fish, chicken and mutton were so badly packaged that they dripped. 2. There were ants inside all the packs of biscuits. I don't know why something would be delivered without any quality checks. This is simply unbelievable.

It is a wonderful venture and i fell so relaxed and peace of mind. App is also going well and food items are yummy. Getting the variety of product as per my need. Hope the service will be more efficient day by day and get more variety of product in the coming days.

1st time gave order and mode of payment was prepaid. I gave order for 14 items ( exact amount didn't remember) out of which 5 items were not there. I called customer care - a lady took the call and asked me which items are missing and assured me that i will get them after 2 days. But to my surprise almost 3 weeks passed didn't received my products not got refund. I mailed them about those items still no one cared to call. Please don't put huge hoardings until u fulfill. Pathetic experience.
