This application was better when it actually had news in it. Breaking news and sports aren't enough. Why did the rest of the news go away? Now I wish that it had breaking news and sports. Now it is only politics
after leaving 2 awful reviews..I am deleting and not moving to their other app because I don't want to subscribe!!

where's the news and sports
This used to be my place to go for breaking local news but not anymore. The app works fine but the news isn't updated very often - the breaking news is either a few days old or only about politics. The categories are lacking too. There's no general news, only politics, sports or "breaking news".
The old app had more content, kept information longer and more user friendly.
Very limited news..
Used to be a great app,always could keep up to date on news in the area,but not anymore,what happened?!?!?!?!
New site is very limited, doesn't have columnists articles or entertainment
The constant flashing ads are so distracting. I am going to delete this app and I would suggest you not download it
Fast news when it happens!
uninstalling, too much sports and no way to select what is shown. sports are not breaking news especially at awkward times of day.

This app times out, is slow, and stalls. Worst news app I ever used.
This is a great improvement and finally allows me to get push notifications to my phone.

Good app for an overview of the full website. It lets you see the top stories
Too slow, freezes and force closes. And way to much sports as the news. Sports is sports...not news.

Great local news app
It wont open as of yesterday. It stalls my whole tablet. I guess I'll wait for radio/Plain Dealer before I pay for the full site. OLD COMMENT: still wont go horizontal. Still stupid to have 2 subheadings under opinion that have the exact same pieces. And why bother putting Michael Douglas editorials in when the whole thing isnt even there?

Typically 40-50% of the news stories are sports related. Even the local section is sport heavy. I was looking for more relevant news.
No local news just Politics ! Who gives a dump about Politics !
