First of all I have clicked on the "Remember Me" link but I always have to enter my password anyway. I am trying to leave a message. I got a notice to secure my account with a two step process which was recommended. So, I did that which required me getting a code and entering it. I did that. Then when I clicked on Messages it takes me straight back to the log in form. So, I go through it again. Enter a new code, click on Mesages and get taken right back to the log in form. Cannot use.
Great 👍app, love the look, feel n options 😀for loved ones the "proxy " settings,or how you can share everywhere makes a ease for sharing records,& even the ease on the eyes when reading records, I found this app visually pleasing, for sure! Furthermore, when Compared to other apps similar in nature, I feel this app wins out buy all I named above, I'll never say this again but I even found the adds helpful! Lol Say what! 😅, yup that's what u said! A helpful add. Wow. !!! Great job 👏👍👌
If i could rate it lower I would! This app goes from good to totally nonfunctional in 0 - 60 secs. Horrible. The interface for video appointments on tablet is horrible. Video appointments should be accessible on all platforms, even on PC.
MyHealth is a wonderful tool for communication. I have several doctors and it is very nice to have all my records in one place where all my doctors can see all the necessary information. I just wish there was a way to communicate with Pre-cert through this tool.
intuitive for the most part, good sign-in options. A few too many menu options on the first level.
Uninstalled after two days. This app forces you to enter your MyChart password every time you need to use it. Multiple times per session. Read a message? Enter your password. Check a test result? Enter your password. It does not let you access MyChart with a fingerprint. It would not work with my password manager.
How does this thing have over 4 stars? Constantly crashes and is incapable of running in the background like most apps so when you exit the app you lose any progress previously made and must start over what you were doing. A pain
With all the data about appointments test results and what went on during the appointments I have less to remember and write down. I just pull up my chart and view what's there and it's easy to do being I'm 68, Great job to those on the other end. 5 star rating in my book
A great app to use for the Ohio State University Medical Center in hospital. You can schedule appointment, cancel appointments, as well as see a great deal of information and has many things that you can do in regards to your medical health
Can understand sharing most information with family and friends but there may be some information that a patient would like to have control over what is being shared Now on 'My Chart' app only allows All or nothing in sharing 'My Chart' information which I think unfortunately, would not be helpful in some cases, depending on who the information was being shared with patients should have some control over this feature of the app. Concern for privacy
Easy to navigate. Everything I need in one place. Love the app and love OSU facilities.
The updates are not pushed out you have to ma mom usually download them. And I do have auto updates enabled. The app starts on the most unhelpful page possible when you are trying to contact your physician.
Easy to use, sometimes doesn't update, hard to get definite replies and while it says you can make appointments in app, it's wrong.
I hate that appointments are now mixed in with letters from my physicians. Some information seems to be missing from my sleep apnea physician. Why are discharge summaries not included? Or office visit summaries? Those would be very helpful. I also discovered lab results that I am in late second stage or third stage heart failure. I was never informed of this upon discharge. There is a lot of general information on here that can be gleaned from other sources. Waste of space.
Need to be able to hide the additional information that shows below, like appointment reminder and all the rest. Makes the app seem rather clutter with all of the unnecessary information taking up space.
Navigation is improved, but I still lose connection with my other providers. Getting recomnected should be easier.
Loaded fine on my Android SAMSUNG phone. Not so on my SAMSUNG tablet: Taking forever to download and "Waiting for wi-fi" message on even though I've been using wi-fi all day.
I'd be lost without this app as I use it quite often to schedule/view appts, send drs msgs, view test results etc. Thanks OSUWMC for providing this to patients.
I love this app because I'm able to communicate with my doctor and the team plus I can see test results.
This app is not helpful at all you email your doctors and they never get back with you you literally have to call to get appointments with your doctor this app is broke.. do not recommend
Everything OSU has went downhill since covid.
Could not complete schedule for telehealth. The last step to confirm appointment is non functional.
Unfortunately this app is completely unusable. Crashes every time I try to open it.
Full of info and easy to use.
Constantly crashes, cannot schedule appts despite them insisting that this is how to do things now.
Keeps saying no internet activity even though I'm connected to the internet on my phone. Was great until I did the update.
The app is very reliable & easy to use. One issue I have with it is that while there's a "button" you can click to cancel your appointments, it doesn't actually allow you to cancel any. If you select that option a notification pops up prompting you to call your doctor to cancel. Why offer the the option but then don't actually allow users the convenience to cancel from mychart? Aside from that the app is great. I always get a prompt response to all messages sent to my doctors.
