GETTING STARTED
To use the Ohio Valley Bank Mobile App, you must be enrolled as an Ohio Valley Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Seems to work 50% of the time. Open the app and it either updates numbers or doesn't kinda annoying when it doesn't want to load accounts.
OVB's mobile banking allows me to quickly access my account with a simple password. Details are available in full, no worrying if I have missed anything. All transactions are up to date with full functionality. I highly recommend this app.
App is easy to use. Although there are occasional glitches, they are quickly resolved, and OVB is always great about notifying customers of any potential issues. Great community bank and great mobile experience.

Makes your life easier to deposit from wherever you are. Bank withdraws are right there. Direct Deposit is great.

app crashes all the time never works on sundays doesn't always show you what you actually have in the bank I want the old app back it worked way better

Mostly my experience is good, but when I wantd to make a recurring pmt thru bill pay, it took all kinds of effort to accidentally find how to do it. All of the options SHOULD be available when you set up the payee, but not even the customer service person was able to guide me thru the necessary steps. She finally said it had to be done on a computer. But after we hung up, I stumbled across a different approach to the payee and it did provide the "frequency" option.
