You need to have a MyChart account to access the MyChart features. To sign up, go to https://mychart.ohiohealth.com/ and select “Sign Up Now” and “Request Online” to get an activation code. Or simply ask to sign up during your next OhioHealth doctor’s office visit.
Currently, MyChart features are available only for OhioHealth facilities in the greater Columbus area, including Delaware and Marion.

Not a pleasant app to use. Constant server problems. Consumes much of your time with multiple attempts just trying to do a simple task.
Absolutely download this app, it makes everything so simple. No more filling at paperwork in the Drs office or anywhere Ohio Health for that matter. 5+ star rating in my eyes.
It's very useful. The ability to contact your doctor, schedule appointments, and renew prescriptions is great. But, it lost all of the history I had entered months after entering it. The docs don't seem to need it anyway. They have it. I had to uninstall and reinstall when it stopped booting up automatically. IMPORTANT, the system does not allow screenshots so if your doctor replies to a question, take a pic with someone else's phone. Often, those replies disappear after you leave the app.
I've used this app a lot, having several chronic health issues. I just wish there was a way for all medical providers to be linked if requested. I have to use 4 different portals now.the other
Mixed feelings but this is a deal breaker. I can't screenshot or easily share my details. I would imagine it's some sort of privacy settings, HIPPA and whatnot, but I should be able to adjust these settings to allow screenshots, and I can't (as far as I could tell) When I downloaded packets for sharing it downloaded everything except what I wanted. A bunch of stupid thumbnails.
Apps that log you out and turn off biometric log in every update need to get there life's together. Even more so when it is a critical health app all medical providers force us to use.
There is no better app to stay in touch and review messages test results and get in touch with your provider more faster than this app😚
Although still adapting to changes in My Chart it seems the new navigation is an improvement. Also the new measures put in place to secure safe and secure access into My Chart is a welcome improvement. As I become more familiar with these updates I find myself liking these new adjustments to the App. Thank you for providing a new updated and more secure access to our medical records, contacts, and interactions with our providers.
App has a glitch. When I log onto the app to get information, many times I receive an error message and my search cannot be completed.
I'm grateful that I haven't had very many issues. Several times it's freeze up. But other than that I love it
I not know what we did before all of this technology ( besides sit on hold forever, only to hear "we aren't able to find your chart right now ... Did you say you're already a patient here ? I mean REALLY that is exactly what we did before LOL I Love My ... My Chart app !!!
By the time I figure out how to use the app, I can drive to my care provider's office, see him, and be home.
When I sent a message, they responded quickly, this app is great!

This is one awesome app you can read your results without having to wait for a letter to come you can send messages to your doctors you can set up your appointments I love it I have connected all of my my charts together OSU Springfield Regional Grant Hospital that way if something happens they can see what hospital has done as far as my surgeries and my allergies I am an epileptic and that is need-to-know information I'm very pleased with this app this continues to update for the best info
A great app to use for the Ohio Health Network. You can schedule appointments, cancel appointment, as well as see medical information and do many other things through this app
As good as can be expected for any very large health care services org. . Ohio Health has been 99.99% on target since I relocated to Columbus Oh. October 2011. Have no plans of changing! The doctors I've seen / visited have been excellent to me, if I ever needed accounting questions answered or arrangements, I never have had to call more than once to clear all issues. Wish retailer's handled theirs as well! Thank you Ohio Health for your very competent, caring & knowledgeable staff! D.W. 2022
Normally I really like this app a lot, its convenient, easy to use, an I love that I can manage my Test Results, Doctors/Specialist, & Appointments all in 1 place with quick an easy access to everything... Unfortunately now after the newest Update the app was working fine for about 5-10 mins, then it just stopped. An it keeps saying "No Internet Connection", & "Use Wifi, Or Mobile Data Network". I connected to WiFi but it still doesn't work.. Please Fix This Issue...
Very easy to use app and very up-to-date information very helpful for anyone who utilizes Ohio health services.
Very concise and accessible for patients to see all their info in one place. The only feature im not a fan of I'd ther payment options to pay your bills. It says I paid my bill but when I go into the clinic or doctors for an appointment I still have a balance so that is a bit confusing on the app.
Love this app I'm able to be apart of what's being said about me, my treatment, goals and, it's a tool for me to recieve quicker responses from my medical teams.
Very helpful and ease of use. I get a response within the same day or within 24 hours. Best app for medical help!
What is frustrating to me, is trouble when I type my password in!!! It always gives me a Try Again! Numerous Times!!! I even have it on the remember mode!! So why doesn't it work?? And what does reviews are public. Include my account and device info???? Other than that, it is helpful!
