disconnects all the time, literally unusable. it caused lots of anger and we both just turn down and did not want to do anything anymore. I have no idea how big of a failure you can make a product. it's a scam because it's not usable. anything from "connected" but not working over constant disconnections or failure to connect. I'm really mad about this company, hire some actual developers.

Don't buy the esca 2. The device works fine but the app keeps crashing, which was the main reason for getting this. OMB REALLY needs to get this figured out ASAP. It looks like its been months with no fix in sight though. This is the kind of thing that drops a company from "i need that" to "what happened to them". What a phenomenal disappointment. Note their reply is almost a year after my post.

Not worth the price of the device. The device is fine, unless using it with this app (Android, Samsung S10 here)...but the whole reason I bought the device in the first place was to have my partner control it when we're apart for longer-than-usual periods of time. There is no point if the app doesn't work! I'll send an invite and it says he's unavailable when he is not, then it disconnects once we finally DO connect, and won't reconnect the app to the device! PLEASE fix this issue!!

Edited 7/4/20: everything works now! Connects quickly to my phone and had no issues connecting with my partner abroad, who had no problem controlling the toy. Thank you! Original review: It connects fine to my phone but my partner cannot connect to it remotely. I get an error code "OH-UNK-TE". Please help me resolve this issue. I will return this before I use it if it fails to work. Thank you.

Wont connect to my phone and when it does it disconnects in less then a 1 min . Needs an update to also connect to my bluetooth since it wont connect to that either. I have tried to update the app and am not able to move pass 9.02 on top of that the toy still doesn't connect via bluetooth and when its connected its doesnt stay longer than a minute

I can't give it zero stars so one has to do. This app doesn't work. It won't connect and for the amout of money spent it should work flawlessly. It has a VERY hard time connecting to bluetooth and once it finally connects don't touch anything because it will loose connection.

Absolutely horrible app. Constant disconnect issues. You're wasting your money buying anything from these guys. Their customer service has nothing but basic answers. They want to know about your device and app version. After that they stop communicating with you. STAY AWAY

normally works fine but lately invites haven't been going through to my partner's device and vice versa, making it impossible to connect. it doesnt even show an error screen, it just expires and tells me the other person isn't available even when we both have the app open

WiFi Connect option seemingly gone? I downloaded the app solely to connect with my partner long distance, but there is no support/FAQ/information as to how to use the WiFi connect feature to play with my partner long distance. The NEXI1 feels great, but I want to be able to use it WITH my partner and not just on my own. Customer Support, please help?

It feels amazing, it did disconnect a few times but popped right back on. Love how it feels to have others control it. Only issue I had really was after I turned off the app kept popping up that my vibe was running. ??? It was off

As numerous people have already said, the app won't connect your device to Bluetooth after the first time. it is very clearly a problem on their end; when i first mentioned the issue to customer service, they sent me a new device. Same problem.

GARBAGE. For the amount of money I paid for this product it should work effortlessly. Really kills the mood when it constantly disconnects. The entire point of me buying this product was too be able to play with my long distance partner. This issue should really be fixed. At this point your just stealing people's money. Do not waste your time or money buying this product!

I'm very unhappy. I bought this expensive blue tooth App controlled ESCA 2 for my GF. The first time we tried to connect from a distance, It doesn't work and Gives us both the error message--OH-UNK-TE. What does that mean? I bought this thing for tht specific purpose and now this App isn't working. Can you help me an fix this problem quickly please.

On website you can read that you can connect your Spotify library etc. Maybe I am stupid but I can not do that. I cannot find any possibility to use device with music. If app changed you should change your advertisement, because it is missliding and dishonest.

Would give more stars but it keeps disconnecting. If not for connectivity issue this would be a great app. Using my LG Android phone and after a few minutes app shows disconnected. This is the only app I have blue tooth connection issues.

Update: The app has vastly improved it's connectivity. It's not perfect, but it's far closer than it was an first! Clearly the devs are working the few remaining issues left. I can very much recommend this now.

Their app in the google store is rated 2.8 and their feel connect app a 2.0. DO NOT BUY! My product doesn't work longer than 5 min and disconnects from their app always. They know their products are defective just look at how many BAD reviews they get. They just don't care. They are THIEVES!!

The app works perfectly for local for me but when I try to connect to another phone, iPhone or Android, I get the error OH-UNK-TE. Remote was one of the main reason I chose this and it's not even working.

I downloaded the app yesterday to use. Unfortunately, it would not connect with my Bluetooth. I tried countless times to get it to connect but it kept giving me an error message. Frustrating to say the least.

The design of the app is great, it's likely that the ridiculous Bluetooth connectivity issues are a hardware issue... but still... its a huge issue.

The app is unusable with android phones due to you having to be on the bluetooth screen to connect a device and the app also needs you to connect thru it you cant do both yall should take a look at lovense's app it works maybe yall can work together please fix the app issue and i will update my rating btw its a great TOY just wish the APP worked

Paring every time? That is ridiculous! I tested it with My app on My cell before I left home. When we went to dinner, and it didn't work. Prompt to pair again. Unbelievable.
