Need really an improvement from all aspect, make an app which is easy to use and helpful. This app is firstly complicated with the location which we want to show and wasting our time in trying to give our location.

It was a nice experience and it is really convenient as well. Didn't take the diver more then 1min to arrive. Plus the rate is also fair enough.

Its good that there is online taci app. But local fare is lot cheaper then onlie. This app is based on Thimphu Only. In Thimphu local fare is 80 but in south it is 50. App developers should look in to this matter.

Its super expensive..from babesa to thimphu town its Nu 192..it charges more than standard rate..i think this service can be used only by rich people but guess what!they have their own car..its not at for middle class people..

Well I think it's pretty ok for an app. The rate is OK. The actual fare from Babesa is good also. We are not taking the whole picture here. The rate from Olakha is 120 but we pay 30. The reason being we share the taxi. And the taxi drivers have a fixed location. But if we call a taxi then the rate is diffrent So in actual it is the same maybe as I do not know the rate OIE is charging it's customers till Olakha but if it's 192 till Babesa then it's OK. Will the rate be same during night time also. If so it is mush more economical for us. I have used OLA and UBER when I was in India if this app is similar to this apps. Well OIE will be very good.
