Oil Paint My Photo
Step 1:
To convert your image to an oil painting, simply tap the "Add a photo" button and choose a photo.
Step 2:
Tap the "Apply Effect" button.
Converted Photo:
At this point you can choose the brush stroke design as well as different formats.
After choosing the painting that you like most, you can save it or share it to Facebook, Twitter, Google+, VK or any other social network, forum or site and set the picture as a profile picture, cover photo etc.
The app also includes extra tools which allow you to crop, rotate and mirror your photos.

Just tried this app and it does what it says and it's free. It kinda looks more like a paint by number painting but it does what I wanted!
Having a bit of a problem finding exactly how to make work properly. I can save the pictures, but cannot make them come up to paint. Please help. Thank you so much.
It's great but your photo is losing its reasulation and color 🎨
Oil paint has layers of paint and incredible texture. But everything with this app is flat and blah. Uninstalling.
