There are many features that i really like about this app. But no one will keep it maintained. And they charge for it! I have repeatedly emailed them about an issue with having to type in my log in info repeatedly. There's no need for this and no other apps that I have require this. Super frustrating! Will be uninstalling!
Superb app! I highly recommend for both personal and business - I got it for the inventory feature, and now use all of the features extensively. Links to products, PIPs, recipes, huge recipe database, wish list, all work seamlessly to keep me organized . . . and SANE!
I downloaded this app and it immediately asked me for my email and password. Thinking this a new form of setup I added both....was told "user not found"!! Well duh....I just downloaded and have never before used of course my info was not found. However I could not find a way in because when I opened the app all I got was a blank screen. I see this complaint here before....what is the solution??? I have currently have uninstalled the app for fear of curruption.
terrible! not sure its been updated in years. i paid the fee and then the following year they automatically billed me for $20 and said thats what it will cost every year! who does that?!?!
Downloaded the app, once I opened the app was asked for an email and password. Would not go to a home page where I could create an account.
terrible custmer service. couldnt figure out how to cancel and thry wouldnt do it for me. figueed out how to cancel and cancelled it and was still charged $19.99! not happy
i just downloaded the app for the first time. it is already asking me for my login details. there is no option to create an account and since this is the first time i have downloaded it, i have no existing account to login.

I am so unhappy with the update. I used this app for symptoms, vita flex points, etc. Now you can't look up any of that. sure it gives you oils and their descriptions, but what about if you have a headache? How do you figure out which oil to use? boo hiss to the update.
Will not open. Only a blank white screen. Try to email & they won't go thru.

this app isnt free, you have to setup your subscription on their website rather than in the app store. isnt that a violation of terms?

An app you can't even use? It only has the options 'sign in' or 'forgot password'. No option to create an account. I was excited to use it but that's apparently impossible. UNINSTALLED.
Why is there no heads up that this app has a fee before it can be used? Such a waste of time downloading it. No wonder it has a very low rating here.
It should tell you up front that to use the app that there is a monthly premium.
I can't get past the login screen! Please help! I entered my YL member info. and it still isn't working. I've seen a few others having the same problem in the reviews. Update: They were very quick to respond to my questions about why I was having trouble with the login, but when I went to make an account, I didn't realize I would have to pay a monthly fee.
I really enjoy this app. I will say the one thing I think could make it more user friendly is if you didn't have to click on each individual oil to add it to your inventory. Maybe bring a screen up of all the 15ML and let the person click on the ones they have, then from those they can have a new screen come up with how full the bottle is and then after for it to have a screen with the options for where it's stored so they can check off more at a time. This way it can be done a bit quicker instead of clicking on each bottle and going through the steps every time. I do realize once you do the initial inventory it won't take quite as long when you are going to add oils, but it's still would be helpful to save time the first time
Love this app. Has taken my 4 year collection from chaos to total organization. I NO longer have to spend extra time figuring out what I have and don't have when I place my ER order each month. Super easy to update my inventory each month when I order. Love the wishlist and the recipes features too!
I love that I know where my oils are. I love that the app has reminders so I don't forget to take my supplements. I love having all my oily recipes in one convenient place.
I absolutely love oily manager . I know how to use this app very easy to use. Keeps all my recipes an D IY in one PLACE. Would recommend little bit of work but we'll worth it
I enjoy the app, but definitely some fine-tuning needed. Searching for items is painful since it starts searching as you type. If you don't type fast enough or misspell you find yourself waiting for it to finish searching before you can fix your error and search again. Would be more practical to have a search button so you can search when ready. Would also love a web version to be available for ease of entry.
