The app itself is ok, however, I have to score a one because I upgraded to the one year and I'm still being charged monthly. I reached out through the email on file with pay pal and received no response. I emailed the email on file in the app and was promised it would be taken care of that day. It was not and I'm still being charged the monthly fee. I've been charged the monthly fee four times after the initial upgrade.

Does not have all young living oils in the inventory. Can't backup inventory. Can't sync with another device. No response from company. Our story and using oilyapp do not work. 2/24 update:. Developer contacted me and answered my questions. The our story and using the oilyapp work, but are very very slow on my phone... Not sure why and not a big deal to me. Changed rating to 3. It's a very good app, but until I can sync and backup, I can't rate a 4 or 5.

I installed the app on my phone and tablet, but the inventory does not sync between the two devices. I do not want to have to double enter to both devices current. I have tried to contact you at the email above, using a Hotmail address and a gmail address. they come back undeliverable because a server is not configured right. please don't tell me yo contact you using Facebook, because i don't have a Facebook account.

account not sync with other devices. I changed devices 2 days ago. the app trans8but not the information. thought i maybe had to register the phone, but it is telling me my login is incorrect. attempted to change my password and it tells me my email is not recognized. no other options to even register the account are available. I have the application but no access to see my stuff. when I first purchased the app it was not without issues. admin response time was horrible. but I have to try again

Love the app! I use it mostly for the personal inventory list to help me place my monthly order. The stock alerts are great and the ability to look up and oil for dinner great info on it. I just wish there was a reverse look up where you could search an ailment or an issue and it would list oil options of what to use.

Helpful tool but I was thinking for stock notifications I would prefer to get 1 that say new stock or new out of stock that I can then click on and see the list vs getting 20 notifications (ok 20 might be an exaggeration most of the time) but I'd love that option. Also seeing the prices would be nice or a link to the website maybe. Just ideas I still really like the app!

Love the app, especially when new products are released, during the holidays & during seasonal times! However, my app has not updated stock notifications in a few weeks. I totally rely on this when something I want is OOS so I can get my order in before stock runs out.

What I was hoping for was "This oil supports these body systems." I would have appreciated a button for each body system and a list of essential oils that may support that system. i would love a home page or a second page "swipe right or left" that says single oils, blends, supplements, etc.. Recipes: I don't have time to look yet but food recipes with essential oils excites me. I love love love the Haggerton's and I have followed them for years Hey Jim Bob... "worship ap?"

The inventory feature is a nice thing but the rest of the links lead to under construction notification. I really think that the only useful feature is the inventory

How do I update this app? It does not have the newer products or psk, and my home page does not have the oily+ tab. I've looked for update options, and uninstalled and reinstalled it. I have an android. I really like the inventory option, but can't rate this app a 5 because of the lack of updates.

Overall the app is OK. It has not been updated in over a year and I cannot add oils to my inventory list. I also cannot look up questions I have about oils that have not been added.

Love love love this app. My favorite is its quick reference for OOS products. And I love the notifications I get of when stuff is back in stock and when something goes out of stock. Makes staying in the loop very easy.

Its a great tool to have on your phone! From single oils to blends to recipes and the oily+ there is great educational videos too! Fantastic app to have on hand! Oh almost forgot about stock alerts! What a gem!!

Wonderful app. This is an easy-to-use reference tool to learn about Young Living Products. The user interface is well designed. The Mona Farm videos are very informative.

Awesome app. Great for stock notifications and I love the personal inventory feature. All in all easy to use app.and I love descriptions of each essential oil!

I love that I can keep an inventory and able to check it in seconds. Also, love to have a hands on tutorial of each and every oil and their uses

This app comes in handy on keeping up with the oos list. I love how if I'm out and about and someone asks me a question, I can easily look it up on this app and guide them in the right direction

Really like this app it is very convenient to have. I like the monthly giveaways, the out of stock and in stock alerts alerts.

Just recently bought this app! After learning with the videos I am highly excited to continue using oily app! Loved that it walks you through how to use every part!

Such a great app with such great info at my fingertips! The oil descriptions are concise & my favorite... All. The. Recipes. Just WOW!!

I love this app because it is easy for me to show people the product I am talking about unless they ask for price but it still is helpful for me!

I love how the oily app notifies me when an item is out of stock or when it comes back in stock! I also like how it tells me about each product!

Would love to see the inventory lists updated with new oils (cumin, cilantro, etc.) and be able to inventory products, as well (shampoos, soaps, etc.)
