I enjoy this app, but do not like the new version. I pay in advance for my subscription. Now on new app it never comes up on my county , I have to search for my county and very easily can you click on wrong county and be charged. Additionally it doesn't give you date showing when downloading available, only Month. Also no notification, just keep checking ,checking and checking to see when available for download. Otherwise pictures are great .
Nothing works and the app closes. I'm able to make purchases but not actually access what I purchased. Kind of a rip off honestly. August 2021 app still glitches and closes. Everytime I go to the next page it kicks me out. Might stop buying e-editions altogether until they can get the app to actually work. Uninstalling the app.
This app work exactly the way it's supposed to. The app itself is free, but you have to pay either for a subscription to any issue, or seperately by the issue. Downloads fine with a good WiFi connection. And it's in full color! It's great.
Not real happy with this app. Everything else works perfectly fine on my phone, but not this. I purchased a yearly subscription & keep it updated & it still takes forever to load. Once the download is complete you still cannot read names or see pics, everything is blurry. It's pretty much been a waste of money.
App crashes and will not let me see what I have paid for! Very disappointed, paid for a yearly subscription and can't even use it... On top of that it won't let me sign in like I'd like to with my email & password when it actually does want to work. NOT WORTH IT!
I bought an issue for June 2018 and it will not let me download it. You sure took my money right away and now I can't even see what I paid for. Rip Offs! UPDATE - I have received my issue promptly and I am glad that Tom has taken over and corrected my problem. Thank you!
I've had this app since 2019 and just paid my yearly subscription in may but it's saying that I have to pay in order to see the issue I subscribed to. The old version was better.
It never loads correctly. I cant easily locate the correct counties where you're supposed to. Takes forever for pages to become unblurry. But too nosy to delete.
App is terrible, does not work properly. The labels are wrong, causing you to buy the wrong thing, so you have to contact google to get it fixed. Their app support was of no help.
Not happy I pay $17.99 for a year at a time. It renewed on 8/4/21 but I had to pay for the monthly fee for Aug. Can you explain this to me.
The app works fine I just wish if you switch phones you could recover the copies you've purchased on the old phone.
Cannot zoom and read cuz its too blurry. Extremely disappointed. If im spending money to read something or look at pictures i expect to do so and cant now.
I have not been able to use it!! Bought July on the 6th when it was available and when I try to look at it it crashes!!
This app always logs me out, then won't let log back in. I reset my password and still nothing. Worthless!
if I could rate zero stars I would. I payed for a years worth of subscriptions and there was no magazine for my county.
Broken outdated app that has outdated content. Demands a log in username and password with no means of obtaining either.
Bought an issue and was charged but the app never Downloaded it. Says I own the article but still shows the price for it.
The new update doesn't work. I purchased an issue and it won't let me open it. The front cover is nice, but not worth $2.
Just downloaded this and paid $2 for a Nov issue and app keeps crashing. Total rip off

This is how I know who I should be looking out for and who I shouldn't beautiful sight right now what we're having to go through right now scary can't even leave your home if you do when you come back they stole everything you got robbed you blind so that way we know who we got to look out for if we see him get cameras out everybody that's what I'm doing got it where I can see all over now let's let him come on in there won't come now cuz they know I got cameras I spend my $2 every month

Had an issue with the subscription simply emailed customer service someone named Thomas got back to me promptly. Addressed my issue and clarified things as well as helped me out. I don't have any issues with this app it takes a minute to load but once it does I can see everything. It could use an easier way to scan through the people but I'm sure that's something they're working on. I'm just glad they finally got an app and the subscription makes it super helpful.
