After I created the account they said PDF application then 30 minute later nothing happens, when I trying to login they said this number has already used , but they take my whole details and photos , I think this is scam
Application form(PDF) generating is too long time. This is very bad.
Every time I tried to create my account, it says, couldn't connect to the camera!! Though I've given the access and I can see my face, but still it says "couldn't connect to the camera!" I don't know why!
No experience at all. This App has already improved slightly. I want many more agent points all over the country. The Bank has also a small number of branches. Make cash in, cash out more and more convenient and low cost as well. Anyway, we are very much inspired to see that the App is improving gradually to become a major and much used App . Absolutely horrible experience. They don't have the capability to pay for registered epassport renewal fees. They charged me 57 taka to just load my balance without my discretion. And to add salt to the wound , they charged me 100 taka to transfer my money to my bank account. Garbage application. Learn to develop apps better.
Excellent app. But disappointing matter is that others bank credit card payment can be done by it but can't pay One bank credit card bill. When I input the One bank credit card number it shows no OBL credit card found!!! Thanks OK Wallet authority to solve the problem.Now i can pay my One Bank credit Card bill through it with in a minute. The app is just awesome.
You should develop the app. verified capacity is so bad.it can't capture nid photos,face smoothly

When I tried to add money from card, all they ask for is card type(visa/master), amount and pin, then when I proceed, it says insufficient fund, they didn't even ask for the card number. Developer should check the app before publishing it... Thanks for your quick action, I was able to recharge using credit card now... So I will change the rating as well....
This is a great app. I think It will get the market when 'Add money from Other bank card' and money transfer to 'other bank Acc' features will be added (if charge less, it will be best). I appreciate him/her who initiated OK wallet with these attractive features. But, You have to engage customers by providing referral and various types of cash back offer. Best of luck OK wallet.
Very bad experience... I can't create new account with real nid and pic... Camera settings very bad
Need more features to include ok wallet as like better custom UI, single tap balance check, add money from other mobile banking/core banking, convenient bill pay (palli bidyut, water etc.), lag free services, dps/fixed deposit, ticketing etc. for more effective and customer friendly services live chat obviously include.
PDF Still 30 minutes +. Doesn't work THIS app so bad.
Not so good, when i was trying to create a ok wallet account, its always show me "system is busy, try again later.." That's why i couldn’t create a account.
It's been downloaded in device 7 days ago and still I can't create my account. Everytime shows me 'the server is busy'! Worst experience for a mobile banking👎
Everybody need to go to their Smartphone "Settings" function then go to "Apps & Notification" then "Permissions" then go to "SMS" then open "Ok Wallet" apps just change on>off then again keep it On and go out from settings.Just Restart Your smartphone and Use the Ok Wallet Apps. This Apps has no propper instructions and no statement option. Its need many update.
The bugs are fixed now. Now Photo ID uploaded via app smoothly. Thanks the developers for the fast response. And solved the bugs within a day.
Very easy, User friendly, light and useful. It will definitely make many daily transactions much easier.
Please increase the limit of adding money from cards. 5,000 per month is not sufficient. I hope, you'll think about it. It'd be great if you add the feature of adding money from OBL Credit Card too.
Great app! But, It is cumbersome to recall utility bill's customer number. Hope to add 'My Saved Account' for easement of Bill Payment thru' OK WALLET.
Please add VISA/Master card options for adding money in Ok wallet.It will be convenient. Now only available options for adding money is Qcash (very little few user available).Ok wallet agents are also not available and also One bank branches exist in limited area.Take care of it, please.
It is not possible to sign up without mentioning Referral Ok wallet No. As I don't know any syuch referal no, hence couldn't sign up. All it indicates developers are careless to test their apps.
It's an excellent and user friendly app. Please add lots of unique features to grab more customers base.
Please add a dark theme into the app. I know it's a mobile banking app but still it needs a dark theme for night owls like me. please don't make us beg for features that are not hard to implement.

I forgot my pin number and my account was locked.i called your call center 2 times,but there was none to receive the call after waiting for few minutes.the call center are the worst in comparison to others.if they don't have time to receive the call,why they give the number.useless

I did not find Allow Button to open my account , lot's of time I tried but didn't find any solution. Please send me suggestions about it.
