The generic response to any problems with the app greatly reflects the emotion the government of the state of Michigan has put towards almost everything. They do not care, they do not help, they do nothing. This app has never or will ever help anyone. I know because I was in that place for a long time and being 20 now, it makes me sick how the state of Michigan has dealt with this. If you need help, don't use this God awful app, seek actual assistance from a teacher, a principle etc.
Great app to comfortably report a bully. Overall great addition to the work of stopping school bullying.
I was being bullied by some 5 year old at my school. He called me sugargay everyday for 4 years. I reported him, but not on this app but I'm sure it is a really good app for people being bullied. He doesn't bully me anymore. :)
This app is amazing if you have a problem or your friend does. Vary effective
They aren't interested in stopping bullying. They're available help is only for reporting intent to physically yourself or others having intent to physically harm you or another.
Too long of a response with a generic response. If you want to change things & make a difference then show some care
this app helps to speak up in a community and to take care of the problems that others won't take care of.

What does this app even do? This guy supposedly reported me for self harm and I asked "what the hell?" he said "you'll see." What does it mean??? Help

I had to report a problem and the simply responded, I don't know what to tell you. I can't tell you what to do??? What kind of help app is this. This is a joke.
You guys came to my school and gave us all some really good advice I think I'm the only person using this app from my school I love the little phone screen cleaner that you gave us all and I will use this app for as long as I can

This app doesn't actually do much. They feed you generic responses and don't tell you if or when they contact your school. I had high hopes for this, and genuinely thought something would be done about the issues I had. Please, if you're struggling, don't try this app. It won't do you any good. They don't report back, nor do they do anything. The only reason it has a two and not a one is because the confidentiality part is relevant. The rest isn't.
