Now the okay recharge finally replies " it's automated fault happen. They fixing and hiring high security in coming days.
Very bad experience. Its taking too much time to add money. Without added money in the wallet u cant recharge or bill pay. My transictions pending approx 2hrs. Its totaly waste of time & money .
These app performance is not good as I expected, I add money to okay recharge wallet through upi these app cannot add my money fast , when I asking question through email the app support system or customer care services of okay recharge app shows your transaction is in process . The processing of app is very slow because these reason people gives and me also give one star according to the performance of app these is your app can't satisfy the user you need the work on your app to become a best.
In this app transection are not fast .at time of adding money it deducted from bank account but not add money in wallet at same. time it take pending transaction add to wallet about 10 days or more . In my wallet money are not add and shows pending transactions from 17/08/2020.it has very poor service .they are not reply any email.and itvhas not any contact number.
I have created a complaint avout add money issue... My amount was deducted from my bank account and nothing to add in my wallet.... About this i mailed many times and also did the same thing u tell me in reply... But issue not resolved.... Plz solve my issue as soon as possible....
Very useful app. I have done many recharge in this app and it very easy and giving cashback. But now it transaction taking some time to successful after Aeps intraduced on this app. So please update this app to work properly and securely.
Very bad experience. Why? It's main region to this feature. Cashback is not good and wallet to bank transfer service is not available. So this is my experience for all new customer I recommended to you please you use Google pay or paytm or Amazon pay.ok
Good, but recharge cashback commissions very low than other apps. At now on going commission near 4 to 5% , but you have 1.5 to 3% at 3 level. I helped to others to join this apps. This is a fraud app. They keeping our money which was added to wallet with them for 24 hr /48hrs /72hrs. And even not resolving as well as responding the complaints. Customer service facilities is very worst. I hate it.

worst app still i cannot make recharge. i had add 500 rupees on wallet and i send email to their contact email address still now i am not getting any response from their side

Very slow App my 250+100 money is prossing 8July 2020 I sent mail to okey recharge costumar care.. But they are not solve this problem ..and they are not replying My mail

I am adding money in wallet,it shows that transaction is under process.but money deducted from my account.i am so frustrated by this app.
Very useless payment App.. Money is deducted from my paytm upi bank.. Recharge is not done. it showing still in progress..
recharge done when amount is low if high amount then money was deducted but its pending and when add money then it take more above 24 hours we can't complain any one like paytm

okay recharge is by far the most useless payment app, initially the payment is correct, after that add money to it, then the processing shows and our money is cut. The same thing happened to me, I added rupees to this app through paytm, my rupees were deducted from paytm, but showing processing in okayrecharge. It has been about 5 days till now, I have not received any response till now, I have also complained on the email id.
