OKC Connect

The City of Oklahoma City's OKC Connect app lets you use your smart phone to report code violations such as illegally parked, abandoned and inoperable cars, graffiti, junk and debris and tall grass and weeds to the City of Oklahoma City. Simply drop a marker on the map where the violation is located, answer a few questions to help us understand the problem and include a picture when possible. Your report will be sent to the appropriate City department to work. We’ll automatically let you know what action was taken, unless you submit your request anonymously.

App hangs up when loading "request types" on "select an issue" screen. I experienced this same issue over six months ago and reported to the city hotline without any result. I do not reccomend this app.

My experience? I didn't have one other than a splash screen that says "Oops, something went wrong". The splash screen worked great though so, you know, there's that. :)

It WAS working!!! This app is great when it works! I just tried to use it again on my android phone and getting an error message and now will not work! Please fix this.

Thanks for just directing me to the main OKC website. BIGGEST waste of space on my phone. Be an example and recycle this app to the trash or make it do something besides take up space.. PS.. uninstalled!

Submitting issues not working, according to other reviews hasn't worked in 6+ months. At least take it off of the Play Store so that you aren't wasting people's time with this app.
