To use the OKC Utilities app your billing account should link to your okc.gov profile. To do so, go to Utility Customer Service at https://www.okc.gov/water/service/forms/welcome.aspx.
If you already have a registered utility account, you are welcome to use the mobile application.

Cannot log in. Put in my email address/password and click login. The app freezes and I have to force close it and go to the full website. This has been the same since I downloaded the app last year. I see there has been no update to this app since Sept 2018. If it is not going to be maintained or fixed then it should not be in the Android app store.
This app worked about 2 times. Now it is completely unusable. I enter my user ID and password and press login and nothing happens. I press cancel and nothing happens. The app appears to be completely unusable and unfunctionable now. I can use the same user ID and password on the Web site and it works fine.
Nothing works, the app is actually less functional than the website. When I try to make a payment online a window opens telling me the print function is broken, and the only way I can exit the prompt is by closing out of the app entirely. Unfortunately I get the same exact prompt when using the website. I even tried it from a computer and second mobile device.
This app just freezes it never lets me log in very annoying having to go to a computer to pay my bill. Seems like they could fix this easier than and faster than some of the roads we have.
I downloaded the app but it will not let me sign in because the cancel button on the log in page is already depressed. I tried clicking on it to release it, but it won't release and remains in a perpetual cancel state preventing me from being able to log in. That's pretty darn useless.
I can't even get this app to let me log in. The whole system seems designed to force me to pay through a third party if I choose to pay online. My water bill is high enough without paying a fee to pay my bill.
Never made it past the log in screen that doesnt work. Tried deleting and reinstalling thinking maybe it didnt download right. No the app really just sucks that bad. No "incorrect password" or anything just doesnt even try to verify the login
HORRIBLE! Seriously does their IT dept not pay attention to all the declining and awful reviews? This app doesn't work. U hit the button to log in, then u input ur username and password and then it just sits there. The cancel button, to go back and try again, doesn't even work. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.
this app is pointless doesn't allow log in, if it allows you to press the button, it says your credentials are wrong I even had a problem with their website. They need to hire a different developer
The only redeeming quality about this app is that it allows for convenience from paying bills. Otherwise unsecured, clunky (slow to process, and crashes all the time.
When I first downloaded the app it worked fine for a few months. Now, I can't get it to move. The "cancel" button is always depressed and it won't move. This app is SORRY!
I always have difficulties with the app and overall anything to do with okc utilities. Including the website. (This time) I can't even sign in. It's freezing. Doing it on the website too
Can't even log on. Upon opening the app the first time, a pop up box appears "Info" and nothing else. I push the only button that says OK and the box just keeps reappearing over and over.
I used to be able to use the app to check on and pay my account. It hasn't worked for quite some time. I called to report the issue to OKC Water and they didn't know anything about it nor did it seem anything was going to be done. It's a little annoying to have an app that is useless. I would give it less than 1 star but I couldn't post my comment without it!
They can spend unnecessary amounts of money on a new brand for the city but heaven forbid they put some money into this app to PAY YOUR BILLS. App constantly crashes and cannot ever login. Just takes you in circles. USELESS
I am not able to log into the app and pay my bills. Everytime I click on make payment an info box pops up. When I Click the OK button, it's not OK nothing happens. So I rebooted the app in hopes that it will let me proceed, it did not. 🤬 PLEASE FIXS THIS.
App is a joke. No work out into making a real app here. Can't move past the first screen. The city of okc is making it hard for its citizens to make payments! No customer service to make a payment. Apps don't work, looks like it's business as usual at the city.
It would be a lot more useful if it would let me actually log in. It pops up a warning that the print function is not working and an OK button that fails to dispatch the warning.
Payments don't update immediately. The app needs to be overhauled. There isn't enough information as to what you are doing. The app doesn't remember banking accounts or login information.
App needs tuning. Having trouble logging in and payment functions are not responsive. Buttons are too thin maybe for Galaxy phone. Had this issue since 2018
just like the other reviews for many months say, you cant log in. You enter your info and the button does nothing, you hit the make payment button and it randomly pops up a printer error? Completely useless....
Does not work. It won't even load a login page. I've had it installed over a year hoping they would fix it at some point to no avail. Uninstalling...
Unable to get pass the login screen. Press the login bar and nothing happens. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled several times and always same result.
Horrible. Had to keep putting in the same info. Kept saying an error has occurred. When you try to login it just sits there like it can't figure out what to do. Please make it customer friendly!
App is worthless, can't log in, can't just pay your bill, you can touch "OK" a million times and it does absolutely nothing.
App does not work to pay bill. All it says over and over is print function does not work. it won't ever get past that popup.
This App is Terrible can't even login to it what are you doing if the app worked you could save customer service salaries. Bit I guess that's why it's not working. I'll be contacting news agency to alert themof this.
All these reviews of people not able to sign in (me included). In yet they never fix the problem. This is an app to help OKC it shouldn't be that hard to fix.

This site and app is horrible. This app definitely needs to be updated. No matter what browser I use or how fast my wifi is, the entire app freezes. It is not convenient at all waiting for the next page to load if it ever does. I just want to make a payment! It should not be this difficult. I have used the website as well on a laptop and it does the same thing. Horrible and not convenient at all.
